Mr. Hero — Restaurant in Jefferson

I go to Mr hero’s a lot it’s my favorite food place. And I’ve never had a problem with the service. But when I went in today around 3:40 the lady on register was rude. Before I was even done ordering she told me my total and when I finished my order she was rude. When I went back up to get another thing of fries for someone else she made a nasty comment and said “another one” implying something about my weight then rolled her eyes as she walked away. Use to love coming here a few years back the ladies picture on the wall for best employee was fantastic food was great she always had a smile, but now when I go in the only thing I get is bad attitudes, and bad food burnt bread cold fries and sandwiches love the Roman burger BTE but the last few times I got them they was nasty , if the lady in the pic is still there maybe have her trained them the right way also brought a friend there who never tried unfortunately they won't go back they said I should of brought them to another to...

I usually eat at this establishment a few times a week but after today's fiasco I will NOT be returning. I pulled in to the parking lot and was getting everyone's order and another customer took his puppy into the restaurant and not only that but said puppy was placed onto the counter where not only everyone's order is picked up but also right next to the fryer... needless to say but after having put thousands if not tens of thousands of my hard earned money thru this establishment I will not be returning.
