My husband and I would go here almost daily after our workout. Loved, loved, loved this place. Morning ladies are great, owner is always up beat and positive. Had my child apply for his first job here and was treated horrible on several different occasions by the little girls on the night shift. He was told the owner had said mean things about him and his work abilities. After taking the belittlement from a few different girls for weeks I told him to just walk out....nobody deserves to be treated like that! A customer actually told him to find a new job because of the way he was being treated in front of customers. Young girls are hiding in the coolers to text on their phones, screaming at their coworkers for asking to take breaks, slamming containers throwing a hissy fit like a 2 year old in front of customer sitting in the lobby and telling my son to just "GO, LEAVE, NOBODY CARES." The owners only response to this behavior is "you should have told me, I knew nothing about this" but honestly you should have been there and properly training him in the evening instead of these drama filled girls. I'm sad because I will never enter this store again. I'll take my money and go somewhere else that is a positive work environment and the employees are happy and positive to customers and other coworkers.    Read moreBUYER BEWARE!. My 80+ year old brother Ed just relayed his recent experience at the Sub Way restaurant, located in Jefferson, Ohio. On 12-11-2022, Ed and his wife ordered a 12" sandwich and 2 drinks. The total came to just over $18.00. After they received their sandwich and the 2 glasses for their soft drinks they went to the fountain to get their drinks. It was then they noticed that there was a sign posted stating the drink dispenser was out of order. They asked the server and she confirmed there was no soda available. They asked if they could get water so they had something to drink with their sandwich. She informed them that yes they could get water. They asked for a refund for what they had paid for their soda but when she asked the manager he told her that they would still have to pay the nearly $5.00 price for the 2 sodas. He would not change his position even though the fountain was broken. I know if I lived in the area I would NEVER return to this Sub Way and I recommend that others consider doing the same. Or donât toast when itâs marked toasted! And today the app wouldnât work , I called and asked if they could still give us the bogo deal. She said itâs only online . I said I get that , but can u ask a Mangaer to help us out since the app on two different phones wouldnât work ?? She wouldnât ask , just kept saying itâs online only ⌠kids should not be left In charge !
