Arby's — Restaurant in Jeffersonville

I had to go to Jeff., IN as the place up the street in Clk., IN are rude and horrible service and after twice stating I won't be back to the mngr supposedly and returning now for the second time; it won't happen again. Jeff., Was very good about everything; hey name was Emily I believe. But I asked if they would actually put right pieces of bacon on the ultimate blt as it claims and she said yes (otherwise I would orchard extra) it didn't come with right pieces on it but she didn't make the sandwiches. The turkey and bacon supposed to come with cheddar and I asked for cheddar on all three. It was on one ultimate and that was it. I asked for the two Max roast beef and cheese to be shaved as otherwise it taste rubbery, they were; but they forgot to put the cheese on them. She was a sweetheart and opened each sandwich to make sure they looked right and apologized. Therefore I didn't check them. Got home though and heard about it and thought was funny that one had it but when the turkey comes with it and didn't have it, nor the other BLT. Nor the beef sandwiches with that melted cheese on it. First the girl shouldn't of had to check it out, it should've been done the way it was called out and supposed to be made other than shaved vs slices. That party is the party people don't seem to get. Some of us live on the road and travel everywhere like me being an activist talking to State Reps. Eating on the road and feeling like I have to eat at a restaurant in order to get a decent meal instead of having good fast food isn't right Restaurants take to long and they don't always get it right either. But why should we have to check out our food after she checks it and it still isn't right because she didn't literally open the sandwiches up. Don't blame her. It's my fault for not doing it; but,how embarrassing to do right in front of them? Especially if different race and they believe that the reason. Since everyone so overly sensitive anymore. Would give five to the girl; but the food was'nt right so three to the biz even though she tried. They are open late which is great. 12am Clk., IN will close up when stop having biz anytime after ten and look at you like your crazy if you tell them they are open till eleven. Think I would order something when they get the attitude and all three of their eyes look like going to pop out of their head. Think again. Don't go to Lewis and Clark, Clarksville IN... would've given them negative stars, but that options not available. have had numerous problems with this location over the years. improperly prepared sandwiches, rude staff, have witnessed part of my food order go out the drive thru window, then listening to them argue about it instead of expediting a replacement, sandwiches are often constructed poorly or missing ingredients. I've received shorted orders at the drive thru, so always check your order before driving away. I took a two year break from patronizing this location, recently returned and ordered a reuben market fresh sandwich, wondering which market floor they scraped it off of? corned beef meat ball was on one side of the sandwich, a teaspoon of sour kraut and thousand island sauce on the other and missing the swiss cheese. Wont ever order another Italian or gyro sandwich from this establishment, what I received were basically bland cold cut sandwiches, missing items and haphazardly thrown together. Staff apparently is Never informed of promotions being advertised and will argue about it with you! Dining area and restroom is Never clean, makes one wonder about the lack of sanitary conditions of the kitchen hidden out of customer view. One evening I purchased a large order to go, upon arriving home, discovered items missing from my order ( after an employee had informed me the order was correct! ), took the order back and they'd intended to just replace the shorted items, meanwhile the rest of the food in the bag was cold, guessing cold cheese sticks and cold, limp curly fries were the intention, they are spot on! will not return to...

Always cold and dirty in there. Over priced. Small portions. Ordered a meal for $9 and left hungry. Ordered normal sandwich but it was so Small, it looked like a kiddie portion.

2024 update: we got food here twice now recently. The quality of food, prices with the coupons and cleanliness of the dining room are much much better than they used to be. I enjoyed my food both times.

update: rec’d coupons in the mail. went to eat inside there. upon approaching inside cashier order area, there was a smell, this smell could some how be removed or camouflaged, dining room always cold. so eat and get out. food was good again. I enjoyed my meal and promptly left.

update June 2025 Sunday about 3:30 pm-went inside to order for dine in. Food preparation seemed like it took longer than usual. there was One drive thru customer a head of me. I saw three employees working. The Dining room smelled moldy like the HVAC condensation line was leaking. when the a/c clicked off there was big boom by the restrooms, sounded like something fell, at the order counter the kitchen smelled nasty like food spoiled, the smell was gross, we were hungry when we got there, we began to eat and didn’t finish. the beef n cheddar sandwich had too much sodium in it with a dog food smell, the fries were even disgusting. wasted $15.
