Subway — Restaurant in Jeffersonville

On my very first trip to this subway, last night, I was not able to purchase any food. It was after 9:30 and only the drive-thru was open. We sat in line for a long time, and the guy in front of me was turned away because they "cannot take orders after 10PM" even though, as he told them, he had waited in line for 25 minutes. I wouldn't have such a problem with this, if they gave you some kind of fair warning and if you could actually get out of the drive-thru. Instead, it is neatly curbed so that once you are in, and someone is behind you, there is no way out except to waste your time, and I must say that I have never seen it take so long to make a couple of sandwiches inside a subway before. They were slow.

I will never return to this subway. If I must eat a subway, I will go to one of the other two locations in Jeff, and do it before 9PM on a Sunday Night. One is just a short distance up 10th Street. Either the subway corporation or the owners of this branch enjoy punishing their customers too much for me to ever consider returning. Me, the guy ahead of me, and the car behind me all got turned away last night, yet from my experience most fast food drive-thrus stay open until everyone is served, because they actually want to make money. More importantly, almost every drive-thru I know has a lane to the right so you can leave if you want. This place...

I don't even know where to start!! My daughter and I placed an order online (still have it) It'd VERY clear what we wanted, we get there, she brings our order out, I checked it to make sure it was done correctly because I have food allergies. It was ALL wrong. My daughter takes it back in, the girl was bothered that she had to remake it (had an attitude) slinging things all on the sandwich, again she had the order in front of her yet she still made it wrong once again!!! I paid for a footlong with extra chicken, mayo and pickles, not toasted.. Not to mention my daughter's sandwich wasnt right either!!! She threw the sandwich in the bag, then ran outside to smoke a cigarette!! HOW HARD CAN IT BE?!?!? IT WAS TOASTED (hard as a rock) NO EXTRA CHICKEN, HAD LETTUCE ON IT WHICH I CAN'T EAT, then I tried to call to speak to the manager but no ones been answering the phone, they have it now set it goes straight to voice-mail!!! Went in early evening after dark, Located in an old strip center, restaurant surprisingly clean, friendly prompt service, 2 young ladies working, which they handled customers fine. Due to the area I am concerned for their safety. Food good. Steak and cheese my favorite. Litter in parking lot. Returned for Friday dinner. Friendly, clean and efficient. Owner/Manager apparently there. We Ate inside. Only saw a few customers come in and take out. No drive thru. Odd location, in older part of Jeff next to apartments. Got the “rib” subway, tasted just like a McRib.
