He went above and beyond selling me parts! He answered all my questions patiently even with a line of people waiting behind me. He never once spoke down to me or made me feel stupid. He was positive and encouraging! I will definitely go back!
My story: Our furnace went out in the middle of the night while my husband was on a business trip. I went in the next morning for a replacement blower motor. I am not handy with motors or repairs in general and I intended to have the motor waiting for my husband to install when he returned home. Turns out, they needed me to bring the part in, so, I went home, watched a few YouTube videos, and set about removing it myself. Ultimately, was unable to remove the motor from the blower assembly and brought the entire thing in with me.
They tested the old motor to be sure it was the malfunctioning part and removed the old motor from the assembly. The motor DID cost a few dollars more than if I'd have ordered it online; however, he installed the new motor into the assembly, tested it, and then walked me through the wiring so I could hook it back up myself. He answered several questions I had and gave me a few pointers on how to more easily reinstall everything. He sent me home with a hand written diagram and a promise I could call the shop as many times as I needed for questions while I reassembled everything. Read moreI have been coming here on and off for years and have never had any issues or problems, only great advice and knowledge, I don't know these people personally but I can assure you that every time I was there they were busy and what one person said was a tv (I thought so too at first) is actually a open line to the other store, as far as prices being too high that guy must REALLY be mad! That's total bs, I'm extremely careful where I buy too save money and this place has very good, competitive pricing overall, nobody can have best prices on everything or they can't stay in business, Americans have become too impatient and lacking understanding, this is a busy and hectic world and running a store solo can be extremely difficult and stressful... chill America, they' take very good care of their clients as long as you don't have attitude...
