I heard of this place on Facebook and saw they had a little train that delivers your drinks. I thought it’d be awesome for our kids. Well turns out this location doesn’t have a train despite the fact some people have uploaded photos of a train from another location to the Google photos. This place is rather small inside but it was super quiet and dead when we arrived so we decided to give it a try regardless. I had the submarine, wife had the chicken Alfredo and kids had chicken fingers and fries. The bread on my sandwich was really good but personally I wasn’t a fan of everything else on it. The Alfredo was great too and it had more bread with cheese. But the tenders and fries were surprisingly good. I’d go back just for the fries. Overall the food was probably in line with other “fast food” pizza places but I thought it was incredibly affordable at $34 to feed all of us especially in this economy. Beyond the food the service was great. There was a middle aged man kind of bald that was super nice and attentive, he seemed like the owner. Everyone who came in seemed like they knew him and he had a great relationship with them. I’d go back for the service and to give the pizza a try for sure. Ordered 4 pizzas online for us to pick up for a Christmas party. The day of the party, I called to confirm we were down for 4 pizzas and they said yes. A family member went to pick up our order and was only given 3 pizzas. When I called up there to figure out what happened, I was told it wasn't there fault we weren't given the 4th pizza even though I had already paid for it!! They stated I would have to go through Door Dash for a refund or order another pizza and pay for it. RIDICULOUS!!! The lady was VERY rude. My sister ended up also calling to try to get the bottom of it. She was hung up on at one point and the person at Pizza King was very rude with my sister as well. She was calming us for not picking up all 4 pizzas. My sister asked if our pizza was given to someone else and she said no even though earlier in the convo she told my sister there were 4 pizzas for us! My sister offered to go up there and get #4 but the lady said we could have to pay for it. 😡 My family has ordered Pizza King for the last 50+ years. We were treated horribly. To the girls working tonight (3/9/22 6:30pm) You all are wonderful!!! I grabbed my order, and as soon as I got through the first set of doors my salad slid out of the bag and hit the floor. I was already embarrassed, but then went the ranch cup. Splattered right at the doors..& then I was mortified lol Everyone was so cool about it. The older woman immediately started a remake. The younger girls were on it, got it cleaned up and we're so sweet and reassuring. I know it happens, but I have had A DAY & again it was just embarrassing. So I really appreciated how nice they were & how quick they were to get my remake in.. Not alot of places around here have kind staff it seems, but every time we go to Pizza King (& it's alot these days because of the staff and quality) everyone is just as pleasent and professional. The other restaurants around need to take notice. Even with this little hiccup our other food was still hot and well made when we got home...and that salad was everything! Lol I've wanted one all week and it did not disappoint....
