Jo Jo’s Kitchen — Restaurant in Jensen Beach

Walked in started looking at the menu. Cashier comes to us and states she can quickly tell us how the menu works. It’s 3:15 sign states they close at 4 today. I got the feeling they were rushing us so they could close. We order 1 beef burrito and one chicken burrito. Man comes from the kitchen after I hear him say they are already cleaning the grill and he states they only have Pork or Beef Burritos and only a certain type of rice. Bad first impression! I state we will come back when they are more prepared. Went next door for wings. I might have lied, we won’t go back. First impressions...

Extremely over priced. Was already disappointed when the food was handed to me and my disappointment only grew when I started eating. It's not bad, but it's definitely nothing impressive. Seasoning was mediocre, flavor was overall bland, and the carne asada was low quality. Maybe it's just their burrito bowls that are extremely sub-par but I have little faith that anything else there is good and won't be returning...

Today I went to JoJo's. I was so looking forward to this new restaurant. When I entered I was greeted by the young lady at the counter. I started asking questions about gluten-free items, as I am gluten-free. The gentleman behind the counter whipped out a bag of Vigo spanish yellow rice. I mentioned I make this at home.
