Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jerome

This is by far the worst little ceasars pizza I have ever been to. I had a bad experience once in july but decided to give them a second chance, big mistake.

We ordered a thin crust Pepperoni and olive pizza, with a side of italian cheese bread. We placed the order at 8:14 pm for pickup, we were told ready for pickup in their pizza portal by 8:36 pm. The order timeline was a joke. The pizza was "in the oven" at 8:25 pm and was "being packed up" at 8:47 pm.

We left the house when we got this message and got there at 8:56 pm. Pizza wasnt in the portal. I sat down in a chair. The employees are coughing / sneezing in the back. Gossiping like they are in the highschool cafeteria, Flipantly handling food products like they are in their own home. I didnt recieve my order untill 9:15 pm when an employee brought it up to me. The cheese bread wasnt cooked all the way through, and we had 2 pieces that were cooked with the other 8 being lightly warmed dough with melted cheese on top. The pizza was burnt on the bottom, and cut like they gave a toddler a pizza cutter.

Honestly this little ceasars makes a boxed great value (or any brand) frozen pizza seem more appetizing. At least they dont cost 20 bucks and I can ensure its not burnt or undercooked.

Perhaps if they took their jobs seriously, it would be a great joint for fast pizza. But I would rather drive to twin falls for better pizza, or bake a fozen pizza, than order...

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered a pepperoni deep dish, a cheese and pineapple, and crazy bread. It all came burnt, and the side of the pizza box was literally stuck into the deep dish pizza. I called and asked for a refund, they said they would call me back and never did. I took the food back, they wouldn't refund my money, I asked for new food, they wouldn't do that either, but they took the burnt food back. I was given a form to fill out for corporate, they didn't fill out any of the information they were supposed to. Went back the next day with the paperwork, I was told they had refunded my money, still haven't seen the refund. I called to ask about it and kept getting the run around. I was told they would call me back. I had my boyfriend call a couple times, and he got the same run around. When I called, I finally got to talk to the manager, but I heard the employee say, "it's a girl this time." Garbage food and horrible customer service. I'm not sure which is worse in this establishment, but they should be shut down. Save your time and money, go to domino's or pizza hut. Better yet, go to Pizza Factory. It's always hit-and-miss with this place. Sometimes you get great bread sticks and good pizza most of the time you get burnt bread sticks and gross pizza. And their hours are all over the place, they say they close at 8 PM we have been there before 8 and they've been closed and we have driven by after 8 and they're still open. They are not always the friendliest staff, lots of times you're met with some attitude from them when you order, almost like they are being put out because they have to do their job. The last time I was there it was 30 minutes before closing and the lady at the counter told my husband they had no pizza made and no bread made and she expected him to turn around and leave the store. He told her well I still need the food and she was mad that they had to make food. I'm sorry, it's your job! Your store hours are clearly posted that means you will work and do what you're supposed to do up until closing time. Just because you don't want to work doesn't mean you get to stop doing your paid job, It doesn't matter if a customer walks in 30 minutes before or 5 minutes before you close your job is to help the...
