Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Jerome

The day shift is amazing. Every single time I get exactly what I order and it's in a timely manner. The night shift needs to get it together. I keep trying to give y'all the benefit of the doubt but 8/10 times when I go in the afternoon/evening my order is messed up in some way. Usually it's not getting the tomato I paid extra to add to my sandwich so I brush it off, tonight though I got the completely wrong salad. I ordered a regular grilled chicken garden salad, I received a Southwest style salad instead. It also took them longer than my app estimated it should have when they had no other customers when I ordered from the parking lot in my app and had no other customers in the time they should have been making my order. They also closed the lobby at least 30 minutes before they were supposed to and I personally witnessed at least one family try to enter and chose to leave instead of going through...

My husband and I stopped today at this location. We ordered 1 burrito, 2 tacos, one # 25 and 2 SM coffees.

I paid with a 50 DLLS bill. The total of my bill was 17.00 and I was given 3 dll, 2 five DLLS bills and one 20 DLLS bill to make it for my 50 DLLS bill.

The employee who took out order said she did not have change. The she opened a security box and gave my change.

I stopped by pilot in the evening in Nampa ID. and I tried to make a purchase with the 29 dollar bill and I was told by the cashier that I had a phoney fake 💵 bill!

I FELT EMBARRASED AND I STARTED TO TRACK BACK MY ACTIVITIES AND I REMEMBER MY BREAKFAST AT JACK IN THE BOX AT THIS LOCATION WHOSE CASHIER GAVE A FAKE 20 DLLS BILL!

I AM GOINT TO GO BACK AGAIN AND I WILL DEMANDE MY CHANGE WITH A REAL 20 DLLS BILL AND I WILL RETURN THE FAKE BILL I WAS GIVEN!

We went through the drive through around midnight since its the only place open. The person working didnt greet us or anything, the only thing they said was give me a minute. Which okay that's fine, it took about a minute to be able to order. We pull up to the second window and pay, then she hands us our drinks and asks us to pull to the front and park. We park and sit and awhile passes so I look at the receipt to see when we ordered.. 12:18am! I am currently writing this review at 12:55am and we have just got our food. We ordered tiny tacos and chicken nuggets, and four people who went after us got their food first! What is she by herself? I get if its busy but there was only two cars parked...
