Burger King — Restaurant in Jerome

Ordered online thru the app. And this is just how incompetent this place is they didn’t even send the full order to begin with and the driver sent it to a completely different house pictured below. Called to have it re made the manager on duty stated that I would have to call Door Dash and get a refund but then would not give the number. So I looked it up and called door dash they called the restaurant and the restaurant stated that they would remake it since we had not received it. A few mins later the dasher calls me and states that they would not remake it with out being paid again. What a dumb move on your part. Then the original door dasher goes and picks the food up from the place that he dropped it off with and they had already started eating it. It’s at this point like the dumb leading the blind. He brings us what they didn’t eat and wants us to be happy with that. T but the store doesn’t wanna take responsibility so I’m considering it theft of services and they will feel my wrath. I am not done...

The impossible burger was so nasty. Both of our meals were so cold they could not have been fresh. The French fried were only warm for the first couple of fries... the only thing that was good about my last visit there was my soda and it that's only because it was the only item that either one of us ordered that was supposed to be served cold. Also, not sure how it could possibly have taken them so long to get our order out to us in the drive thru considering how cold our food was when we got it, but we waited for a good 8 to 10 minutes for our order and we werent there during a busy time or anywhere near close to closing time. I used to really like eating at burger king, but that last visit really kinda killed it for me. Just all in all really disappointing. Bad service, huge wait time and nasty cold food. Won't be eating there...

The night shift is really making this place go down hill. 3 cars in the drive thru line 3 cars left. Why?? Because no one would take orders for the drive thru. We finally went inside and seen everyone talking and laughing. 2 girls were waiting for orders from a different place for their dinner. 2 young boys went into the back who obviously were not working there Because one worker said what are you doing back here. Anyways what I'm saying is Get some Help that is willing to work and build your company and not ruin it!!!! After all you lost customers last night. 3 car's that was in front of us.
