Arctic Circle — Restaurant in Jerome

After ordering we pulled up to the window and received our drink and paid. Then we sat there. And sat there. And continued to sit there for over 10 minutes. The girl at the drive-through window finally came back and asked us if we were waiting for our food. Because you know, hanging out in the drive-through is the cool thing to do now. We said yes we are. Then we continued to wait for another 5 to 7 minutes before we finally got a bag. We ordered a combo meal with fries and a large cheese curd. We didn’t get the fries. After sitting in a drive-through for almost 20 minutes and wasting gas, it wasn’t even worth the time to try and get it corrected. We are upset about the service, the wait, the complete disregard of us as the customer, and the fact that with gas prices so high the 20 minutes sitting there idling cost us probably more than the meal itself. Arctic Circle is always a stop when my family comes to Idaho because it’s a family favorite. We traveled all the way from Montana just to have the worst experience ever. We will never come back to this location again and take our business to one of the other Arctic circles in Wendell...

We visited the business in Jerome Idaho, March 9,2025. She was very prompt in taking my order. We took our food home since we ordered food for another person. We discovered black hair in the French fries! Needless to say we did not finish eating our meal. I would recommend anyone working around food to wear a hair net. I also noticed the fryer was pulled away from the wall. The floor was a total mess. Grease everywhere. At this point, we will not be going back to eat there. I will be watching for changes to be made. If no changes are made we will find a different...

So this place has the freshest French fries 🍟 ever! Even as a kid I remember them being crispy and hot. Their menu has a lot to offer. I have always liked getting the halibut and fries. Their burgers are made with 100% Angus beef and are so tasty. They also have hot dogs that are so good. If you have a big family and your kids like different things then I recommend going here. The menu has plenty to offer. The staff is friendly and very good at what they do. And as always this is the home is THE Original FRY SAUCE. ...
