Definitely will not return to this Taco Bell. When my husband and I walked in, there were 4 employees sitting at a table and didn't even acknowledge we had walked in, just continued talking amongst themselves. One of the women finally came up to take our order, but acted like it was an inconvenience and we were interrupting their conversation in the middle of the restaurant. Then when our food arrived it was just awful, I mean I know not to experience anything too extravagant from a Taco Bell, but at least make the food look decent. I had the crunchwrap supreme, and I ordered it with chicken, but there was more lettuce than anything on it, almost no chicken at all, I mean I pay extra for the chicken, at least put the same amount of it on there as you would beef. And the cinnamon twists were just a joke, the bag wasn't even half full and there was almost no cinnamon sugar on them at all. Then the tea dispenser was just water, not sure exactly how that happened, but with all the employees who were sitting when we arrived you would think someone would've checked on that. And then the profanity that was coming from their mouths was just ridiculous, that does not look professional at all, even if it is just a fast food chain. One of my family members is very particular and I REALLY needed her order to be correct so the rest of my evening would not be unpleasant to say the least! Did I mention she is a vegetarian? This means several items she was ordering would need to be made as a special order; not off the menu. Add to my struggle, I have Celiac(Gluten allergy) so this is food I don't eat nor order often. I did have the foresight to write her order down.I walked in and was greeted by Reny. I told Reny I was really nervous about this order being correct and expressed to him the importance of getting this order correct. He was attentive, looked at my list asked a few qualifying questions so he knew exactly what needed to be made. He was very receptive to my needs and said he would alert the person making the order. He turned to let the staff member know, paused, turned back to me and said, "I'll make this order myself to ensure it is correct as I have all of the details". End Result: Reny is my HERO!!
