If I could leave zero stars I would. Where do I even begin. First, the main lady working had THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced. She had the biggest attitude, and made sure everything was made HER way, not the customers way. She gave me SO MUCH meat on the sandwich and when I asked for more vegetables she claimed they are shortages. She only put SIX olives on my sandwich and then got mad at me for asking for more. Like in understand the shortage part, but the fact she gave me so much attitude when I asked a simple question is a testament to the bad quality of service that this subway provides. She also moved with NO SENSE of urgency DO NOT GO HERE!! Go to the one in the Walmart store. If it were up to me I would close this subway down. I can guarantee that the thing driving down sales at this subway is the customer service, not the over use of vegetables. Second, it was so dirty!! The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, no paper towels, and only one of the hand dryers worked. The floors were sticky and you could see the stains on the URINALS!! I have never been to a restroom where the URINALS had stains on them. The front lobby looks like it hadn’t been swept in a week. Third, we went inside (obviously) but if you were thinking the drive through would be any better, think again. The customer at the drive through waited FIFTEEN minutes (while we were there, so it was definitely even longer) until they were served. Even in the drive through the woman at the front gave such a bad attitude that I personally would’ve drove straight through if that’s how she talked to me. Fourth, the ambiance. The energy right when you walk in is like a Walmart on Black Friday. There was such a negative energy in the air that right when you walk in you’re tempted to walk back out. Again, THIS IS DRIVING DOWN PROFIT!! NOT THE OVER USE OF VEGETABLES!!

Read moreI'm very disappointed at this visit to Subway at the Jerome location by the freeway Jerome. they have a sign up saying "no extra veggies due to shortage" ok, I get that, but does it mean that we also only get half what we originally got on our sandwich that we pay the same for? She only put 3 spinach leaves on, and I asked if I could please have a little more, and she pointed to the sign and 2 peppercinis? I said you usually put more than that on to start with, and she ignored me. There was a tiny bit of lettuce and 2 skinny onion pieces as well. I hope this isn't the "New Subway" Sandwich because we are frequent Subway eaters :( Just one week before at a different location, we had wonderful sandwiches, our by flying J truck stop Jerome.... Sorry Subway, I do a survey every time, and today, you guys really let us down, terrible sandwiches One more thing, when one person is making the sandwiches, I don't think they should ring up your food while the sandwich is in the oven and she has her food gloves on, then go right back to making your sandwiches with the same gloves on. Read moreI ordered a footlong steak and cheese and it was so dry the only honey mustard that was on the sandwich was at the end of the bread and no oil and vinegar on it. I threw half of it away because it was way to dry. I then ordered 3 cookies and ended up with 3 footlong brownie things that I guess are new on the menu which are also disgusting. The guy working was nice and apologized for the wait. However, I would rather wait for good fresh food then pay for what I received. $16 for mediocre food at Best. Why is everything so hit and miss anymore? Sometimes you get amazing service and amazing food the rest of the time it's disgusting. It's like a surprise you never know what you will end up with.
