I do NOT recommend this location to ANYONE. I went this morning and ordered my usual order. Mind you, I go to this Dunkin’ everyday and haven’t experienced this ever. Anyways, So I order a small iced caramel latte, and then I said I want an egg and cheese wake up wrap. I wanted some hash browns aswell but then I was like nevermind and said take of the wake up wrap and give me two orders of hashbrowns. The lady taking my order was the lady with curly hair (a little lower than mid back) and a black sweater. So I drive up to the window and I’m greeted with a sweet lady that I see all the time (I think she joined like two months ago) and I payed, everything was well. So I was waiting for my order and then right after I paid the lady that is short with curly hair came up and proceeds to say “When you come up to order you can’t keep changing your order back and forth, it sets things back”. Mind you, all I changed was the wake up wrap to hash browns. I then told her it’s your job to take the customers order, and I’m paying for this with MY money. If I want to change the order I have every right too. It wasn’t a big change and it wasn’t something that constantly happened or that took a long amount of time. It’s not hard to revise an order and I’ve done it before, many times, on the other days. This wasn’t the first time I noticed her talking about me. This was just my first time experiencing her say something face to face. This was very unprofessional and all of the staff there has an attitude. I’ve been reading the reviews before and it shows that these staff have very bad attitudes. There is only one sweet young lady that I see in the morning that actually gives me a smile and greets me well. I also noticed that if your not muslim or there religion the treat you horrible. I came with a friend that was muslim and that lady with curly hair treated her fine. Then when I came to order the lady had an attitude and was rushing me to get the order done. This place need to do better and not hire people based on their religion....
Read moreI usually love Dunkin' Donuts, but my experience at this particular location has been frustrating. In January, I stopped by and made a purchase, but when I inserted my card, the transaction supposedly 'timed out.' However, I received a notification from my bank that the money was withdrawn. I tried again, and the same thing happened. When I told the employee that the money was already deducted from my account, he insisted they hadn't received it.
I checked with my bank, and seven days later, the money was still missing, with no refund. When I returned to discuss this, the staff accused me of lying, which eventually led to me involving the police. The police advised me to take the matter to court. Corporate was somewhat helpful, but not entirely. They told me to return in February with my statement, and if the money hadn't been refunded, they would reimburse me.
When I did return with my statement, a rude employee dismissed my concerns, claiming there were no records, and refused to refund me, even though I was told to come back with proof. I decided to let it go because life shouldn't revolve around money, but the lack of understanding and their implication that I was trying to scam them was unacceptable. I visit Dunkin' daily, and if I wanted something free, I would use my Dunkin' Rewards.
This isn't just my experience—I've heard similar complaints from others in the area about the attitude and constant issues at this location. It's unfortunate because the location is convenient and clean, but if you're looking for a better Dunkin' experience, I'd recommend the one at 440.
