Neptune Cafe — Restaurant in Jersey City

I ordered my food from Neptune cafe on John Kennedy Blvd waited about 17 minutes for my order must have been some 1 else's food that they didn't want because it arrived so quick and then when they got here he called my phone speaking no English how was I supposed to know know that they were here I go down stairs to pay for my order he says 1466 now hes speaks English all of a sudden lol I gave gime a 20 dollar bill and I said keep the change he looked at me like he wanted to fight me and when I asked him what's the problem he said disrespectfully what no tip no tip as far as I'm concerned they should have stayed closed ever since the pandemic came here by way if them I'm tired of of supporting rude immigrants amd by the the way ue didn't even have a face mask on when he delivered the food and when I went their the other day they let in quite a few people with 9ut any face mask coverings enough is enough p.s....

I ordered here for dinner one night and the only bad thing I could say was my food was almost an hour late - apparently they got a HUGE boost in delivery orders so it took longer than normal but they were WONDERFUL! They were very polite, kind and apologetic about the wait, explaining the surge caught them off guard but the food was great and hot as could be!

The portions are HUGE! I ordered food for dinner on Sunday and this fed me all of Monday too lol. It didn't come in the standard rectangle Chinese container but rather a 3-section round plastic container that was almost a foot wide. So while their prices are slightly higher than is standard for Chinese combinations you get A LOT more food!

I've never ordered from here before so decided to give it a try. Once the food arrived I opened everything up to eat and realized the order had no utensils or napkins! We were at the motel so there aren't any way for me to even get utensils or napkins! We had to walk to City line to the dollar store to buy plastic spoons and forks! I'm so disappointed over this! I just will never order from here again! I'm also obsessed with fortune cookies and there were none of those either! 😡 To top everything off the veggie lol mein isn't good.
