I get coffee at dunkin donuts every morning. The only time it’s bad is when it’s from this location. Dunkin should honestly just pull this franchise, it’s embarrassing. Every time I go here something is wrong. Sometimes no sugar, sometimes no creamer, sometimes neither. When you go in to say “hey this tastes weird i don't think there’s any sugar in here” they tell you “you should know how to order your coffee.” I do, ma’am. In fact I order the same order at every single dunkin donuts in the world and it only tastes like toilet water when I go to this location so is my order really the problem? Yesterday I sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes with no one taking my order before going inside and seeing the headset lady chatting in a circle with her friends. I’m not sure why I’ve given them so many chances but today was the last straw. I am so tired of paying $5 for something that is only good to fill my trashcan with. The wait at this dunkin is longer than any other dunkin, the staff is ruder than any other dunkin, and the coffee is worse than any coffee shop, or anything you can make at home. @ Garfield Avenue plaza,I guess they don't want to lose out on the glazed inventory sales. I pre ordered assorted munchkins when I got home it was just GLAZED and chocolate the two worst ones that I don't care for. We even specified we wanted mostly jelly and not even one was jelly- all glazed and chocolate. Then we went there for Valentine's Day to get a dozen assorted donuts and the whole case was stocked with glazed donuts only. We were told if we didn't order GLAZED donuts we couldn't get anything else because they were out of everything else at 10am. Wish I took a picture. And it was a third instance where I went through the drive-thru to order Boston cream and jelly donuts. Parking lot to eat them, and once again all powdered, chocolate and glazed. The three least desire that I don't only the Duncan at Garfield Avenue no other Dunkin does this that I am aware of. 30 minutes waiting for a order while 1 worker was working and 3 were just looking around. I had to ask for it to be remade because they never placed it on the pickup shelf and had it the whole time. Hella watered down.
Majority of the staff was doing nothing and I only saw the single girl on the shift working. 3/4 workers on the shift were just kicking back and hanging with their friends in the store.
PM shift.
Coffee in this location sucks pretty bad. I go to DD often.

Let me start with I love Dunkin. So, for me to go out of my way to leave feedback for this location AGAIN says a lot.
I came here over a year ago and it was a horrible experience. This time, I gave them a second chance thinking it’s probably a new staff since fast food has a huge turnover rate. Boy, was I wrong.
