Order a Popeyes famous Cajun fried turkey for thanksgiving picked it up Wednesday night before they closed never opened it up and looked at it why because it's Popeyes what could go wrong instructions where to put it in the oven to keep it warm Well it's Thursday everything Turkey on the table family saids blessing and remove the foil from the turkey and fried it was not it wasn't even baked the turkey wasn't cooked plastic was still inside thanksgiving is ruined and yes I'm mad To be continued When into the store asked for a manager attempted to explain that this was not what I paid for on duty manager very rude I told her I needed my money back she told me I'm not giving you anything back I asked for corporate information she told me to Google it if I wanted it I asked for regional manager info she told me the manager was on vacation and she wasn't giving it to me anyway it is what it is then on top of that she started talking about me in Spanish because she assumed I didn't understand what she was saying so if I had took this turkey and threw it at her I guess the only thing that would have been noticed is another bad customer instead of a manager with an attitude and very disrespectful when it should have been me acting that way well I want retribution not just for the turkey I would not recommend this Popeyes to anyone if this is how they act can you imagine how they handle the food Popeyes on Garfield Ave at the Bayonne...

I had another bad experience at this Popeyes location located on Garfield avenue Jersey City they wouldn't honor any coupons that I had from the circles given to me at the Popeye's location finally when I did order it took me 15 minutes the lady in front of me jumped in front of me and the lady behind the counter said who's next like she didn't see me in the line before her then I proceeded to order after my order was completed I asked for two sauces she gave me one and then the other lady said I have to pay an extra 25cents for it then she said 35 cent's the placed is run by dominicans I've saw on several occasions they gave their own people free food drinks and a whole lot of sauce their racist in their I shouldn't have 2pay for sauce period and I ordered a 2 can dine so that's a big order why only 1 sauce and their price gauging before I left they charged a lady 50 cent's for each sauce so where is all of the money going to they should be investigated I would never...

Last Wednesday at around 3:10pm I encountered some of the worst Costumer service by an elder Spanish lady I didn’t catch her name as she didn’t have a name tag and I did indeed cancel my order. I placed my order which was clear and straight forward a four piece with sides. She repeated my order however it was incorrect she had put me down for a 12 piece. When I told her it was a four piece she began to tell me that’s not what I said. She became aggressive with attitude however it could/ should have been an easy fix. She started yelling you ordered a 12 piece family meal for everyone to hear belittling me in-front of workers and other patrons.I’m not sure what kind of standards are being upheld at this establishment but this is unacceptable. I asked to cancel and proceeded to walk away she yelled get outta here pointing at the door. Language barriers will happen but it is not ok but belittle someone because you misunderstood their order...
