Food is cheap, tastes good, but the rice is undercooked most of the time.

I’ve been eating here since I moved to Jersey City 4 years ago. Here are the things I’ve ordered from them over the years; chicken wings, beef or chicken and broccoli, boneless spare ribs, pork fried rice, egg rolls, pot stickers, platanos, fries, wonton soup, egg drop soup, low mein, chow mein and sesame chicken. The food is always fresh and tastes good. It seems that whoever cooks the rice at night always undercooked the rice. If I ordered during the day, the rice was cooked thoroughly.

The service is fast tho. I usually call ahead and pick it up or get it delivered. Whether I call and order delivery or order through an app, they food usually comes within 30mins.

Also this is just a place to pick up, they do not have any...

I am new to Jersey City. I normally work late, and most times by the time I get home; I don't feel like cooking. Our house orders out regularly. I have a spot I order from regularly, and for the most part has the best Chinese food thus far. They are curteousy, fast, and have excellent customer service skills. Tonight I didn't order from my regular spot; because I didn't have cash. Happy Work I heard is th only spot; that will do card over the phone. With a hungry family I decided, with a fast decision and ordered. Happy Wok is horrible with customer service. Their establishment is always crowed, and their customer service sucks. The delivery person demands a tip or he will give you an attitude. I definitely won't be ordering from here...

Ordered via grubhub and wish I read the Google reviews instead if just the grubhub reviews. I called this place not even 5 minutes after placing my order to request my wings fried crispy and she said my order was already done. Just how??? So I ask are the wings crispy if not I would like my wings crispy. She says ok friend. My food arrives not o ly are the wings not crispy they put them in the container with the lomein and what seems like a ton of soy sauce. Lomien has no flavor chicken is soggy and tasteless. People spend too much money for the bullsh*t. Oh yeah my soup is oily...smh never ...
