Vincent's Pizza — Restaurant in Jersey City

I ordered A Philly cheesesteak and some buffalo wings from here through door dash and when I usually get Philly cheesesteaks from here they never look like whats in the picture it usually has onions,mushrooms, peppers, etc. and I don’t know how they do their wings because this was my first time getting Wings from them but I clearly said in the beginning that I asked for buffalo wings not fried chicken so I called the Restaurant to tell them that they messed up my entire order just to see how they would approach the situation before I called the door Dash customer service because I liked ordering from them and wouldn’t wanna cause any harm to their business but the Man Who picked up the phone instantly caught an attitude when I Explained to him that my whole order was incorrect he put me on hold for about 5 minutes then told me to call DoorDash and hung up then after I got off the phone with door Dash I called them back to confirm with them what was going on in the man picked up the phone again and I heard him in the background saying to his coworker “ it’s the Philly cheesesteak lady again” laughing And he hung up then I called back to try to talk to them again and the lady that he was talking to in the background before picks up and she pretends to “help me” by asking for my address and my order in then put me on hold and hung up again the customer service here is very poor and they put no effort into the making of their food if ordering off of DoorDash this is...

I placed an order and was told 45 min. I called back about an hour later and was told my order was still there.. I called an other 15 minutes later and was told it was on its way. 15 minutes after that I was back on the phone with them because I still haven't recieved nothing. So instead of getting served the food I ordered I was served with nothing but lies.. the 1st lie was "45 min".. the 2nd lie "your order is on way".. the 3rd "we tried calling you when the driver was outside". I told her I never recieved a call and how come he didnt ring my bell number that I gave her.. 4th lie "the chicken bacon ranch slice you ordered was not available and we tried to contact you to let you know we didnt have it." Since we couldn't get a hold of you, we canceled your order." So it didnt dawn on them to tell me this the 3 times I CALLED THEM to find out where my order was. 5th lie "they're different people answering the phone". I didnt get my food ,I have to wait 1 to 7 days to get my refund, and for a place I would always eat at this was my last time dealing with them.. I know this wont do anything to hurt their business but I just had to share this...

I called this location to put in an order for pick up for a pizza pie. Very simple. I was extremely courteous. I run a business myself so I was ordering pizza for my employees so I chose the closest pizzeria. This one worst decision the lady who picked up the phone just nasty just the moment she pick up the phone just nasty attitude. Why would somebody hire somebody to answer a phone like that After even saying thank you and asking a question kindly still has an attitude I get there to pick up my pizza the same lady is just body language like she doesn’t even wanna be there if you don’t wanna work leave go find another job or go do something else with your life. Don’t bring your personal problems or don’t bring your miserable self to a job and reflect it onto customers who are the reason why you’re getting paid it seems like those old men hire women at the front to attract men of course typical right and to have something to look at, she’s not something to look at that’s not right I will never be coming back to that business again on top of that pizza.
