I was waiting for my husband's breakfast order this morning at the drive up and I waited and waited there was a car ahead of me and they also had an issue. So I decided to park and go inside. When I got to the counter there was a Philippino guy just chatting with a few people at the counter he had a headset on which led me to believe he should have been taking orders on the drive up. Finally I believe the manager came out and said something to them about checking me in to get my husbands order done. He took off his headset and went to the back. The other person at the drive up a female was taking all the slack and doing everything. The lady that made the food was helpful even though my husband ordered 1 sausage egg and cheese croissant and 1 bacon egg and cheese croissant. We received 2 with bacon. Finally after what felt like an hour i was finally walking out with his order. Thank you to the manager, the young lady at the drive up and the lady that made the food. No thanks to the Phillipino guy that was useless. Even when he came back he continued talking to his co-worker and still took nobody at the drive up. If he doesn't want to work then he shouldn't be paid for doing...
Read moreI’ve been to think Wendy’s several times (because it’s the closest to where I live) and frankly I wasn’t expecting miracles but come on guys! I spent well over 15 minutes in the drive through eagerly anticipating my food and not only did they give me the wrong sandwich (I specified “spicy chicken sandwich big one no meal” because I’ve had several issues before) but they gave me a small chicken sandwich with no tomato but American cheese?? Why? It was absolutely perfectly placed too. I’m very confused. I hesitated to write this because I don’t want to get anyone in trouble and it’s not entirely major but seriously I don’t understand what went wrong. I took a pic after dejectedly accepting the cheese by peeling it off but you can clearly still see the remnants. Come on guys/gals have pride in your work and get your self together! If I was the manager here I would be incredibly ashamed of the blatant decline in service. Sorry to be so harsh but this is clearly very disappointing and shows a lack of both organization and effort. Although on a positive note it was the most well placed piece of cheese this establishment has procured thus far so kudos to that...
Read moreI always come here and the service is usually good. Tonight was a wreck. I was told I had to wait on the side to get my order when I ordered through the drive- thru - 2 crispy chicken sandwiches, 2 spicy wraps, 2 spicy 6-piece nuggets, and a spicy chicken sandwich (not all for me!). I didn't mind waiting because I prefer fresh food, but didn't see any nuggets in the bag. No big deal, I went into the store and said, "Hey, I'm kinda missing 12 nuggets..." This Indian dude looks at me and goes, "Spicy, or regular?" I answered, "Spicy" and he handed me the 12 nuggets with no apology or anything for forgetting to put them in the bag (whether it was his fault or not), when I could have potentially drove off without them and gone home pissed af. Thus this negative review. Why should I care about your company's reputation if your employees don't care? The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the person who took my order seemed sweet. The dude who didn't have the courtesy to apologize - get better training. You're the front-line. Your customers don't owe you anything, no matter how late it is or how intoxicated you think...
