This place overall was fine, but I just had a very poorly handled experience with a server named Natalie. My husband made comments throughout about how terrible her service and attitude was in the way she interacted. At first, I was understanding and gave her the benefit of the doubt even though she wasn’t very friendly or attentive for most of our time there. I considered she might have just been having a rough day and was busy. I also wasn’t upset about the fact that she first wrote my order down wrong, mistakes happen. She kinda reluctantly switched out my plate and brought me the right thing later, no biggie. When we were ready to pay, we waited for a while and I started to wonder if we were supposed to pay our ticket at the front. So, my husband and I walked up there to ask and the front. They apologized and sent us back to pay with our server. Once again, no huge deal. But when we were walking back towards her, the look on her face and her body language waving aggressively to come back because we “NEEDED TO PAY” for our food! Even after I had maintained a very friendly attitude with her throughout our visit, her energy wasn’t reciprocal. And considering the fact that we were already heading back to her anyway... it just felt so unbelievably rude and embarrassing to be talked to like we were trying to dine and dash or something. I don’t expect to be treated like besties or anything, but she overall lacked professionalism in that whole situation. I’m super easy to please and she had the worst attitude from a server I’ve ever experienced. I always pay a minimum of 20% tip, even in the rare occasion I feel the service isn’t good. In this case, an automatic gratuity of 15% was charged and I honestly felt upset that she’d even be getting that much after making such a scene. On a positive note, the buffalo cauliflower with Parmesan garlic was...
Read moreLet me start by saying I originally wasn't going to write a bad review because my issue was corporate related, But it became a location issue when i was hung up on after 17 minutes of waiting. Below is the story.
So it all started with me trying to decided where to eat since it had been a while since I ate out last. I finally concluded I would order from Buffalo Wild Wings online. After placing my order it displayed my order wouldn't be ready for 56 minutes which was an extremely long time to wait for 16 wings. So I decided I would cancel the order and go somewhere else... But to my surprise the order could not be cancelled online or through email. So I thought I would try to call. At this point I would expect a response like "Sorry but we can't cancel online orders" but I figured I would try and that would still be a corporate issue. Once I call I find myself in a waiting line at number 7 with an estimated wait time of 17 minutes. I decided to wait because that should still give enough time to cancel the order as it does not take 30 minutes to cook wings. So I stay on the line and wait. Finally after approx. 16 minutes I am number 1 in line and waiting for the call to get picked up...[elevator music]..."CLICK"! They hung up on me at 17 minutes and 22 seconds! Needlessly to say this was no longer a corporate issue. I call back and now have a 15 minute estimated wait time. At which point I decide I will pick up the wings I already paid for, but I will never order from this location or BWW in general because of the poor ordering platform. Simultaneously I decided I would write a bad review because this location wasted 17 minutes and 22 seconds of my life and that justified my wasting a little more time to tell my story. Please avoid this restaurant as there are many better alternatives...
Read moreI went back and forth on whether I should post a review about my visit, but after my last visit, I won’t be back.
I’ve been a fan of the BOGO on wings here in Tuesday nights, so when the mood strikes, I go in and get 10 BOGO wings for a total of 20 so that I can share with my husband. I had probably done this 4 or 5 times before.
Tuesday, 12/10 I went in with my husband and sat at the bar with Betty as the bartender. She was always incredibly pleasant on my previous interactions with her, even to the point that I would ensure to tip extra with cash, so I was excited to be served by her again.
When we ordered, I specifically enquired about BOGO wing Tuesday to make sure it was still going on, and Betty confirmed it was. We placed our order for 15 Thai Curry and 5 Wild wings for a total of 20 wings. When the food runner brought the food, he confirmed the same order. 5 Wild and 15 Thai Curry.
We enjoyed our food and then asked for the ticket. Betty had charged us for 15 BOGO wings. I was a little confused and asked why we were charged for 15 BOGO wings. Betty said that’s what we ordered. No it wasn’t. The receipt even reflected the 15 Thai Curry and 5 Wild for a total of 20 wings, so we should have been charged for 10. Further insistence had her doubling down saying that’s what we ordered, and then eventually she began raising her voice and making a scene about, “I’m sorry you didn’t get as much food as you wanted, I can ring in more for you if you’d like.” I’m not one for causing a scene, so I relented as I was already embarrassed by her behavior in a packed bar.
While I normally would brush off the $8 difference between 15 BOGO wings and 10, Betty’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and had left me with a sour enough taste in my mouth that I won’t be back. It’s...
