I was confused because I didn’t know if it was a buffet or a normal restaurant I approached to one of the staff told her it was our first time here asked if we order food and sit down or we get choose where to sit and have someone serving us? she said for us choose a table and the waitress will come. Sat down waited for a good a while for a waitress, she gave us the menu waited for a very long time till my husband decide go look for her let her know we are ready to order our drinks and food. Still nothing we still kept waiting to the point we even had time sit there searching for another restaurant. My family and I have been here multiple times. We are cuban. This restaurant needs to stick to classic recipes. The first couple times we went the food was great, the service was fine. Our last experience there was disappointing. No cuban croquetas with chicken or pork. No one wants to eat cordon bleu filled croquetas. We came there was no cuban sandwich or bistec empanizado. There was also no coke or jupina. Beers were served from a can and placed on the table along with bottled water no glasses or ice. Music was too loud to talk with the family. Also, while eating they were moving furniture while the restaurant was busy. Hopefully they can take this review into consideration and make some changes. Because we love the location...
