So it's 3am in December and I'm waiting in this drive thru line for a large drink. I'm already thrown off by the fact a drink comes out to like 2.50 But everywhere else is closed and I'm dying of thirst. The cashier hands me my drink and closes the window before I get a chance to say anything. I'm trying to tell him that the drink has wayyyyyyyy too much ice, hardly any lemonade. I pull forward of the drive through and park in front of the lobby so I can go in and just handle the drink myself. I Walk up and see the lobby is closed So I get back in the car and go to the drive through again. At this point the actual drink is already gone (it's been less than 3 minutes) The person over the intercom proceeds to tell me he cannot refil my drink at this location due to company policy and he proceeds to to send me down the road to walk into a random whataburger to refill my drink in their lobby! There were 2-3 cars that passed between my first order and waiting back at the drive through, clearly this person knew exactly who I was and remembered my order just minutes before... I can respect company policy not to do random refills but you have an upset customer who never even left the grounds of your facility. Why is there no true effort to remedy this? And this is all over something as simple of a fix as refilling some lemonade and dumping some ice. This is poor customer service to...
Read moreSpoke w Sergio over the phone a couple of days ago. He was pretty nice and understanding, even apologized for how our food came out. Sergio said I didn’t need the receipt that he would let his team know about the remaking of my order. Unfortunately I stopped by when Sergio was not in. Older woman shift leader Angelica came ready to argue instead of trying to listen or figure out the situation, she was quick to shut us down. We tried to explain the situation. She aggressively says I need the receipt, we ask if she can please reach out to Sergio, she responds rudely that she doesn’t talk to Sergio, she wasn’t helpful at all, just rude. Not sure if she’s having a bad day, but she sure took her frustration out on us, rude woman. I didn’t come for free food, I came to get what I paid for replaced, which was only right. Ugly attitude, and for what, Angelica. Maybe this is the wrong job for you if you have this type of attitude towards customers. Surprise I forgot I did save the receipt. So I came back and man did her attitude change. So you base your customer service off of a receipt and not a team member communication or customer satisfaction. Great job Angelica and I mean that sarcastically. I’m not rating the whole restaurant because the food is good most times, but if you come here avoid Angelica she’ll ruin...
