I ordered pizza at 5:59 and my pizza got here at 7:05pm. When it got here, it was not hot nor fresh and it was cold. We call the store and spoke with Mgr. Sam who was very rude and disrespectful and said she would remake the pizza but would not give us what we ordered. Which was 2 pizzas with wings. One of the pizzas had 3 toppings and the other pizza had 2 toppings. When we asked why not she said, really Sir oh my God your pizza shouldn’t have been cold at all. And then put us on hold. And came back and said that her Mgr. Alondra said that we can go pick it up if we like and that we would not get what we ordered. She began to get rude when I told her this is why we placed an order for deliver and paid the extra charge. I should get what I ordered. Not what you want to give me. She said she was short staff of driver of only two people. If she did do deliver it would be two hours or so if she did do it. How is this our fault I don’t know!!! But if I placed an order for deliver and payed for the extra charge. I should get what I ordered. And not have to deal with anyone’s damn attitude or disrespect. Customer Service is the number one key here for you stay open. Imagine if no one bought from you again because of people like her. How it would hurt your business. Prices are rising and inflation is no joke. This isn’t the time for people’s attitudes or disrespect and your staff should appreciate that they have a job still. When I told her I would call corporate, Sam said go ahead and do that. I really think you should evaluate your staff and take action. As of now, I don’t plan on ordering from ur store at all any time soon or...
Read moreWhen "Luis" (is) "making your order" you KNOW you're in good hands. The pizzas are not only good, but they're CORRECT and you'll receive what you ordered. Anyone else, and it's a total gamble with most of the times being just like in the real world adage where: "the house always wins." I can't even begin to tell you the number of times I have regretted the $50+ we've set to be lost. Last night, however took the cake, so to speak. I'm just done with Dominos. It's almost as if this store is TRYING to get the orders wrong when the aforementioned Luis isn't there. :) Now, you may say that's crazy, and Google may agree because despite the fact that I try to be 100% HONEST AND FACTUAL IN MY REVIEWS, THEY TEND TO NOT POST MANY. In any case, if they do this one, YOU be the judge. We picked most of the order from two 'recently ordered' choices. So, if it's been ordered before, if it READS correctly on the screen, how can you get it wrong? BACON. How difficult is it to do bacon? We got Pepperoni - AND they got it wrong the last time too - but again,m it SAYS BACON. I too quickly accepted a "free" pizza on the "insurance" and I then decided to call in. Well, I then spent FORTY-TWO MINUTES on the phone listening to a loop of a recording without anyone ever picking up. That's not crazy, it's ridiculous ... and it's not the first time. Lastly, as a point of reference: "insurance" pizzas are NOT "free" pizzas that Dominos is just kindly giving away. They offer them as an incentive because the customer just got royally .... and is OUT quite a few dollars on a bad product. ...
Read moreMy debit card was charged for my order before I received a call to say they didn't deliver to my area after 5pm. And told they could offer a free item to compensate for the tip I paid the driver but they couldn't give me back the tip on my card, only the delivery charge can be removed or given back to my card! Then I returned home to discover the pizza and wings were cold! I didn't look in the bag at my drinks until I got home only to discover coke instead of the Sprite I ordered! It's bad enough that the website doesn't inform you about no delivery to my area after 5PM, but it's much worse to get dressed and drive to pick up my order which was not only cold, but given the wrong drink as well!!!! I presume that Mr. Joseph is a member of management because he was who the actual manager sent to talk with me when I arrived to discuss the situation with the online deceit! When I asked to speak with the manager, the cashier pointed to a different person that was a white man. He was told that I wanted to talk to him and instead of talking to me, he sent a black man to handle the situation and I can only think it is because I'm black! By far one of the worst online experiences I've encountered with fast food ordering. No longer the once a month purchase for my wife! Domino's has to offer better service than that to sustain its customers and I'm sure that I'm not the only person to recieve this injustice of both forcible purchases and lack of respect from the manager of this location!! Refuse to eat...
