El Carreton Del Trompo (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Jersey Village

Not gonna lie had high hopes of this. Had ordered food granted it wasn’t busy but everything was ready within 3 minutes which I found pleasant yet odd at the same time.. while the food was hot (tortillas pretty much) and meat seemed to be kept warm, all I tasted was heavy minced garlic.. the tacos and the burritos lacked flavor all around.. the price wasn’t bad I got a burrito and a taco (they were small) for 12$ came with side of beans and two sauce cups but yeah.. for sure won’t come back here. I usually don’t do reviews wish I would’ve taken pictures of it (presentation wasn’t bad or anything) but just so you all can see it. But for sure don’t waste your time coming here unless you want to consume some food quickly for cheap. I’m new to this area so trying to find a good trick to frequent at. The food used to be very delicious and a great value; however, the food truck has made some changes. Usually, the order come with Charro Beans, but they have discontinued that. The size of the flour tortillas for the tacos are also considerably smaller as well as the prices going up. The food is still delicious, but unfortunately, I would no longer recommend...
