SIAM THAI — Restaurant in Jerseyville

Siam Thai is absolutely wonderful! We can hardly believe it's in Jersey County, but are so grateful that the owners decided to establish their restaurant here. My husband and I tried the restaurant about six weeks ago and were able to go back tonight. It was amazing both times! Tonight, we shared the Crispy Egg Roll appetizer, and I ordered the Thai Iced Tea. Both were delicious! My husband ordered the Pineapple Curry, and I tried the Siam Curry. (Mine was from the Vegan Dish menu -- love that they have vegan choices!!!) Both dishes were phenomenal! Our server, Cammy (sp?), was delightful -- so friendly and willing to chat with us! She was very attentive to all our needs and requests, and she brought our food so quickly! We've told numerous friends about Siam Thai already, and we will continue to spread the word. Siam Thai is an incredible addition to the town of jerseyville, my fiance and I came on opening day tried the Thai tea (amazing). The dishes we tried where the yellow curry with tofu and the pad see Ew with chicken and both were incredible. Today is our second trip back had another order of the yellow curry with tofu(amazing again) and this time the Singapore noodle which was also amazing. First time here! The food, service, and atmosphere is very good. The food is very delicious, the service is also wonderful. The menu will make your mouth watery because everything look so delicious.
