Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jerseyville

1st Let me preface this by saying BRING BACK THE BREAKFAST ITS ONE OF THE ONLY REASONS I GO TO GET A STEAK CRUMCHWRAP I have frequented this Taco Bell since I was a teenager and have ate hundreds of items from this specific location. This place is really only good in the morning and lunch times; even then, it can be hit or miss! I have encountered several GREAT WORKERS throughout the years such as a smaller white lady named Sara who has been working there for awhile now! Workers like these that care only really work in the daytime! In the night I feel like there is a lack of structure and teens that work there are fed up with the general manager. Jacqueline is the GM of this store. She makes me very uncomfortable. The atmosphere in the store is alright f9r the most part. I feel like workers could be more tidy and parts of the store really need reorganized (tortilla rack cramping workers etc). It is just a fast food place at the end of the day so it can't be expected to be better than something homemade. You should 100% go before 7pm if you want the best...

People were waiting for their orders. Apparently, the drive thru is the priority to get their food. The staff won't come up front if u need assistance, u have 2 catch them putting food out for the pick up services. U can't order from the front counter. U have 2 use the kiosk or drive thru. I suggest the drive thru, they got way better service. The bathroom was out of toilet paper but no one 2 tell this 2! Placed a mobile order for inside pickup. App send a notification that the order was ready 3 minutes early, which is great. Arrived and waited at the counter for over 10 minutes with no help at all. I was seen but ignored. Order was still not ready after I had to yell to get someone to come help. Waited another 10 minutes, maybe more and then had to ask for my drink because the kid "didn't know" I needed one. /he drive through was a little busy but isn't that the point of ordering ahead?
