Burger King — Restaurant in Jerseyville

I was in for lunch 6/18 Dustin take care of me at the front counter I have to say the service was amazing and the food was even better the food wasn't made sloppily it looked great and taste it fantastic I had a Whopper Jr with cheese a chicken sandwich cut in half with cheese and tomato and fries everything was hot and fresh it tasted great you guys are doing awesome work much appreciated thank you way better than any of the other FF restaurants in Jerseyville in my opinion.

Update The New GM @ Jerseyville is doing a fantastic job has turned the restaurant around completely amazingly good food and service. Very clean. Absolutely no complaints from me now. Give them a shot .

Most of you know me I will go out of my way to give somebody a compliment very rarely do I complain about anything (other than men or women abusing or cheating on a spouse.) Anyway Sunday yes I know his Easter Sunday however when you're supposed to be open to 8:00 p.m. and a customer comes in at 7:30 and orders the sandwiches on special the Whopper melt and gets told that they're out of Whopper meat then they won't cook anymore tonight because it close in a half hour it's completely unacceptable I worked food for many years and you know 5 or 10 minutes before closing I get it you know but you are still actually open until you close and should be able to serve your customers PERIOD!!!! I was a bit shocked cuz I I have had pretty good service and pretty good food there!. I did order a chicken sandwich cut in half with cheese and tomato while I was there since I didn't have Whopper meat and it was the sloppiest sandwich I've ever seen made anywhere. SO I WILL CHOOSE NOT TO PATRONIZE BURGER KING IN JERSEYVILLE AND ANYBODY ELSE HAS HAD ISSUES LIKE THIS PLEASE LET BROADWAY FOOD GROUP KNOW

I just found a crumbled up receipt in my laptop bag and realized why I had kept it. I was going to write a review on the exceptional service I received. So here is my long overdue review...

I visited back in April 2025. It was late at night, 10:58 to be exact! I was craving a snack after driving from St. Louis up to Jacksonville for a medical drop.

When I first pulled into the parking lot, I saw two guys out back taking a break. No biggie. I figured I'd give them a moment before I raced to the menu board to order, but instead I noticed one of them immediately recognized a customer had pulled in so he tossed his headset on and started walking in. Before I had my window completely rolled down, he had already started asking what I would like to order. I made it a point to mention to him I had seen he was on break and would have patiently waited, but he shrugged it off and said it was alright.

I ordered a double cheeseburger and drink. He rattled off my total and I drove to the window.

As I approached, he had one hand out the window to accept payment and I saw my drink already made next to him. I even commented that was super fast. After getting my change, it was no more than a couple minutes my food arrived. AND IT WAS STEAMING HOT! I had assumed because of such fast delivery, I was going to be getting a burger that had been sitting for a minute or so, but not at all. This burger was so hot, I literally had to wait a few minutes driving down the road before I could open it up and take my first bite.

Both the order taker and cook did an amazing job that night getting my order correct and out in a record time. Anytime you are up late and need a snack, swing by this Burger King. I highly...

My wife stopped to get dinner for the two of us. Half of our take out order included fries and a original chicken sandwich. After they gave her our order she saw the chicken sandwich was missing. She had to have them correct it and they act like she was putting them out because they screwed a simple order up. No it wasn't busy at all, around 8pm. She drove home(6 miles) to find the french fries were ice cold in the center. The chicken was not crispy but soggy,the lettuce was whittled and the bun chewy. In addition chicken sandwich it's self was Luke warm at best and taste like is made way before we ordered it. It had a sticker on it stating it was 2 of 2. We ordered 1 ??? I refuse to waste more time and money to go back and put up with a hassle to have it corrected and end up with more cold and old food. It's a shame no one takes pride in they're work and the management for not supervising to make sure good products are sold. Needless to say jerseyville's store has lost a customer and I will share...
