My husband and I moved here the beginning of April & this Sonic was the first place we went to get food when we got here after our 11 hour trip in a uhaul. So we parked in one of the stalls and ordered. The food and service were absolutely excellent! We even gave the car hop a big tip to thank her for the awesome service. We have since been back twice now, but we did drive thru the 2nd and 3rd time. Both times our orders have been done wrong after being asked to pull up and wait for the food. The burger I ordered today and the burger my husband ordered last time were both ordered the way they are supposed to come per the menu, but when we get them they're missing the onions or missing everything besides lettuce and tomato??! I get that mistakes happen but i worked for sonic when i was younger so i know they have charts to follow on how to make every sandwich sonic menus offer! So.... that means whoever keeps screwing up the sandwich and handing it out to the customers is just plain out NOT paying attention to what they're doing! Please do better! I'm so...
Read moreFor the past 3 or 4 days this location had been advertising corn dogs for fifty cents on Halloween. I waited in line for about 8 minutes to place my order. Once I got to the box I ordered seven corndogs; I was then told that they were sold out, but I would be given a coupon for the items I wanted to order. HOWEVER, once I got to the window, I was only given three coupons from the young man. When questioned if these would cover the seven I wanted to order, he simply said, "No ma'am." Then when I asked, what about the other for, he spoke to someone & then said, "My manager told me to only give you three." So first I wait in line to order, then I had to wait AGAIN to get my rain-checks/coupons only to be shorted!!!!?! Like REALLY! I should've gotten out of the line & pulled off like everyone else were doing! Not to mention, they had a hand written sign up saying that they were OUT OF ALL SODAS! Someone needs to go back to training or get demoted. A holiday that you've been advertising for and you run out of basic supplies?!...
Read morerecently visited Sonic during the night shift and unfortunately had a less-than-ideal experience. The drive-thru felt rushed, and my order was incorrect when I received it. It was a bit frustrating, especially late at night.
However, I want to give credit where it’s due—the morning shift really turned things around. I came back the next day, explained the situation, and they were more than happy to fix the issue without any hassle. Their professionalism and willingness to make things right were much appreciated.
Overall, while the initial experience was disappointing, the great service from the morning staff helped restore my confidence in this location.
Honorable mention : I forgot the guys name( maybe Jonathan) but he made sure that I got everything the second time around also Ms/Mrs Kayla give her...
