KFC — Restaurant in Jesup

I talked to a total of six employees to get my order right. Which means they got it wrong five times in a row. And four people couldn't help the first. I ordered a meal for 24.99 they were ADVERTISING to me. I was charged more, and order was wrong, they fixed my order finally, after almost twenty minutes. However, they didn't refund the money for overcharging, so I asked the employee if he could give me a drink and we'd call it even.... He said, "I don't know, sir." and then just looked forward. Now keep in mind, this entire time, I'm the only customer in there. The food was not good, the chicken was overcooked and I think it was on purpose, but that's just speculation. I would give this place zero stars if I could. I paid 45 dollars for a 20 piece with 5 sides get home and missing two sides. I asked for crispy and they want to give me soggy original. After driving 15 miles back to get my Mother's Day meal for my family. The manager their meets me with a bad attitude because I.asked the cashier if I could keep the original to feed to my dogs being they will just throw it away. You would think a manager in her position would have customer service skills but she was very rude telling me I don't get to decide how I get compensated for their mistake. Quality Control, if l want fried chicken l can get it from any place in town. If l want KFC l go there because of how it is cooked, seasoned, and presented. But not today, no seasoning on this order, bland old fried chicken no seasoning and burn bits around the sides. No quality Control. You want patrons to come for your special seasoned chicken? Then give them what they know and expect to pay for. Not bland over cooked fried greasy chicken l can get any old place in town.
