Family Tradition Steakhouse — Restaurant in Jesup

I am heartbroken to say that my family and I will never be returning to Family Tradition, a place we once loved and felt at home. Unfortunately, our recent experience left us deeply disappointed and disrespected. We were treated as if we were less important than a large party, our needs overlooked and our concerns dismissed.

It was clear from the beginning that we were not a priority. While the staff seemed fully attentive in getting a large party ready. I have been there when large parties were taking place and the dining experience was just painful. When we realized this fact we immediately asked for a refund. It was at this point that I felt an air of indifference when we tried to voice our concerns.

This treatment made us feel small and unvalued, as if our loyalty and enjoyment meant nothing compared to the size of another group. After this experience, I’m sad to say we’ve lost a place that once felt like family. We won’t be coming back, and I hope that Family Tradition takes this feedback to heart so that no other family has to feel the same...

Absolutely delicious so many different variety of food to choose from the best steaks grilled fried pork chops grilled pork chops pork loin beef brisket fried chicken baked chicken barbecue chicken chicken wings night teriyaki chicken shrimp BBQ ribs pull back pork smoked sausage fried onions fried okra salmon patties stir fry rice chicken gizzards collard greens turnip greens squash casserole macaroni and cheese mashed potatoes and gravy snap beans lima beans pork and beans green beans hamburger steak meatloaf french fries grits fish ham turkey excellent salad bar as well cucumbers tomatoes lettuce onions bacon bits cheese bits croutons different dressings excellent desert as well custard cream pie banana pudding strawberry shortcake chocolate chip cookies chocolate cake chocolate vanilla ice cream also excellent breakfast on Saturday and Sundays grits eggs bacon sausage toast hash browns buttermilk biscuits incredibly nice atmosphere... Make sure to tip the waitress is good.. it's a long trip from Savannah Georgia to jesup and it's worth...

My wife had to see her surgeon for a follow up visit in Jesup. We ate at the Family Tradition Steakhouse on the corner of Sunset Blvd and US341. We both ordered 10 oz ribeye steak dinners. I cannot say enough good about the food or the service. Those steaks were perfect in every way. So tender and juicy and tasty thru and thru. Salad bar is good, the bread they served with the steaks was excellent, and the baked sweet potato I had was cooked perfectly and buttered nicely just as i asked them to do. The waitress we had was a go getter girl, she never slowed down unless she was right at our table. We live a long way from Jesup, if we were closer we would be back at that place often.We often eat steak, outback, longhorn and so forth. For my money this nice family place in Jesup, GA takes the...
