Customer service isn't really a priority here! Wife picks up dinner and drives 13 miles home where we discover order isn't right. Hers was fine while my Double Whopper is a single that has come with tomatoes that we asked not to have. After several unanswered calls I get to a manager, Ms Ty who acknowledged she knew of the mistake during shift change but somehow it wasn't fixed then. She's willing to fix it if I bring back the burger which is nice but requires a 26 mile round trip. I say I'll just eat the burger but would like the difference in price next time I come in. No, she said if you don't bring it back I can't help you. So the other manager Ms. Brown was aware of the mistake and so was Ms Ty but nothing was done nor will be done unless I drive back. So my advice to anyone reading this is to first check your order before leaving cause you may get bent over if you live more than a few miles away even when they know they messed up. As for me, I'll make some calls to lodge my complaint about this store (#2397 by the way) in the hopes that some follow-up training will happen. And I think I'll eat at Wendy's for the...

I came through tonight and ordered, and ordered a bunch of food a long with chicken fries and mozzarella sticks. While I was sitting at the window, not even 3 feet away from me with the window open, the girl in the kitchen told the young boy at the window to come and lie to me about being out of chicken fries because I guess they forgot to drop them??? He comes over having to know full well that I just heard them, and proceeded to tell me they were out of what I just ordered. I didn’t argue because I had to go to work and told them to replace with nuggets. Read moreProbably the worst Burger King I've been to! The lady at the cash register admitted she'd not been trained on the register. Easily took 15 minutes to order, but I could deal with that.. But every table was dirty, the Coke machines were out of 80% of the drinks, there was sweet tea spilled all over the place, you had to get your drink lid from the plastic sleeve it's delivered in.. It's a BRAND NEW facility and the women's bathroom is down. The food came out right and semi-warm shockingly. There was one young lady working there who was Not a manager but definitely should be. She was running the orders out, helping the non cashier lady do the front register, was helping drive thru as well.. And while I was typing this she tried to come and wipe a few tables and the tea up. She had a smile on the whole time even though you could see that she was stressed.
