The service was great everyone was very kind and friendly. I made an order over the phone and sadly the girl must of been new because she couldn’t answer any of my questions. I’m pregnant and can’t have raw fish so I asked if the salmon could be cooked in my sushi and was told yes. When I got there I inspected the sushi and the salmon was raw. I went and asked is this salmon cooked and they said no. I let them know again I was pregnant and can’t eat raw fish. He took it from me to fix it and they ended up deep frying it which is cooked yes but not what I wanted. I didn’t want deep fried sushi I wanted regular sushi but just have the pieces of fish maybe put on the grill or steamed. I try to be hopeful and I bring it home and it was just so bad. The batter was so thick and flavorless. Like pancake batter. I tried to peel it off but the cucumber and rice inside were now soggy and piping hot it was just not a good experience. @6:25pm on 12/18/22 we decided to hang up and not place our order due to the young lady who answers the phone for take out orders is the absolute worst. We order here every Sunday evening. A few times she took our order but didn't not submit our order until we showed up to pick it up. Other times she answers the phone so quietly we can hardly hear her she places you on hold telling you to hold for 2 minutes but you end up on hold for over 10 minutes she is completely rude. When we arrive she is wearing slippers and walking around with the " I don't want to be here" kind of attitude. I wish I would have gotten her name but unfortunately i did not.I will not return to this location if this chick is going to continue acting this way. If you don't like your job find another one, do not be rude to your customers. I gave 2 stars due to her attitude and how little meat you get in your food. It's mainly rice your paying over $10 for. The waycross location is way more generous and friendly. Do better...

The woman that took our order didn't so much as smile at us and looked very annoyed when we asked about some of the menu items. 10 minutes after we ordered we were told that we would have to take our order to go, despite showing up an hour an a half before closing, something they should have told us before we ordered (the whole reason we went out was to sit down at a restaurant and enjoy being out). When we got our food, which took about 20 minutes, they had given me white rice instead of fried rice. When we asked for some extra shrimp sauce, we were told we would have to pay for it, which really upset us seeing as we would be able to have as much as we wanted, free of charge, if we were allowed to dine-in. We headed over to Fuji's for the extra sauce, and a good thing too because the shrimp sauce here is not very good. Sub-par food and terrible customer service. We will not be back after this experience and don't recommend anyone else go...
