Today I submitted my order via mobile app. It said it would be ready approximately 11:53 am. I had arrived at 11:55 and nothing was on the shelf for pick up. I asked about my order and was told it was being worked on. I was patient. They were not extremely busy. 20 minutes later, still nothing. Finally, after 30 minutes of waiting I got my food. There were two people working up front when we arrived, the lady seeming less motivated. After just a few minutes the lady working up front left the area and left the young man to run taking orders and distributing dine in orders all alone. She was pretty quick when her phone rang though. She went to the back while many others were still waiting for their food, and more were coming in to order food. She later was seen talking and enjoying great conversations with the prep/cook in the back as she continued to smile and giggle as if it were entertaining to keep paying customers waiting. This is what happens when you hire those simply looking for a paycheck. They don't want to work, nor do they have any integrity for their work. They don't care because they'll run off to the next job, doing the same. Perhaps better management on each shift. So if you want to order from this location, be prepared to order an hour and a half before picking up your food, hoping that they don't actually get it out in time and give it...

First, I drive ten minutes across to be forced to wait in a drive thru line for over 27 more minutes; only to get to the window and receive a screwed up order, all the while watching, the staff laugh at the SEVERAL errors they made!!! I ordered 3 drinks, with NO ICE. Yet, I receive ONE drink with ice!!! Then, I paid for SIX cookies, but have NOT the first one in our bag!! Then, when I ask for my items they act surprised. Now I received my other two drinks that were not filled properly, on top of being told that I would required to wait ANOTHER 17 minutes for more cookies to bake! Ooohhh NO MA'AM!!!!! Then when I asked for a refund, I get a dismissive, "Oh she's gonna do it." Again...NOT!! Sweetie, who is she? What's her position? What amount am I to receive (although I can calculate it since I minored in economics, yet I want to be sure "she" and I are on the same page). Read moreVery disappointed in this visit. Pulling into the parking lot, I hit an unavoidable huge hole. (I'm sure I'll need to replace a shock & have to get a new alignment done on my car.) I came back to visit because of the previous visit...it was very pleasant. This time, a very helpful cashier took my order. She had no help on the front counter, making it a little overwhelming I suppose. Things were forgotten, we had to wait longer, and the food was actually horrible this time. The chicken wasn't fresh, it was hard and very difficult to try to eat. The store received coleslaw, but we were told he was unavailable, because no one wanted to prep it. It sad that nobody was willing to do their job, considering there was a lot of people working, well, walking in and out talking to their friends. All of the tea was unsweetened, & I'm very disappointed I paid $17 & barely could eat any of the French fries. Hopefully these dilemmas can be resolved. It would be nice to get my hard-earned money back or either food replaced one day or I'd have no other choice but to pass the word around to everyone I know Pacific counties around, to avoid this...
