Taco Bell — Restaurant in Jesup

Its july 5th my wife an I spent over an hour in the drive thru with only 4 cars in front of us 1 pulled off eventually so that makes 3 ppl in front of us with the lobby closed and 5 ppl working the drive thru the service sucked food wasnt made right even after waiting over an hour for 6 tacos and some nachos. And the manager on duty was the rudest of them all. Horrible customer service skills shouldn't be interacting with the public for that matter she probably shouldn't be running a shift for taco bell. This is the worst service I have ever received from this place if it's late dont go I'd advise going across the street too the waffle house. Day shift have never had a problem we eat there religiously and have never had so much as a 5-10 minute wait in a packed drive thru. If its after 9 and there's more that 4 or 5 cars in the drive thru I'd advise going elsewhere. Hopefully they will get the bugs worked out on the nightshift but I wont be going back...

After work I decided to stop by Taco Bell. Nothing new because I usually stop after work at least twice out the week. But, today the service was different and the girl at the drive through window was completely rude. I also stopped yesterday and was told they didn’t have any rolled chicken tacos because the truck didn’t bring any. And that’s completely understandable. Which lead me to stop again today. Not gonna lie. I love those rolled chicken tacos. So, I’m at the drive through speaker. Me: I would like a two pack of the rolled chicken tacos. Worker: what!? Me: I would like the rolled chicken tacos please Worker: We don’t have them anymore Me: Well yesterday y’all didn’t have them because they wasn’t on the truck. Now today yall don’t have them at all? Worker: Yelling into the speaker “LADY WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO? I TOLD YOU THEY WERE DISCONTINUED. GOODNESS! WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT ME TO SAY. Just know you won’t ever get another penny...

People's attitudes suck ! Or they talk bad about the customers.and all the workers in back talks so loud you can actually here them talking about sexual stuff along with who selling drugs,whose buying them.ask me and along with several other customers Taco Bell in jesup Georgia needs have drug task force team bust in there and should make every employee do a drug test.....i won't be back being the ones with long hair don't wear a hair net and there was bright red hair in my lettuce inside my soft taco along with my Mexican pizza had red hair in it.....good luck to all you ones who eat there.Today is may 28th,my husband just got back with food from taco bell again.they forgot my Carmel apple.then when I call to see if I can come get for what I pay,the phone just rings and rings and rings.....every time sonethi g in that store.....yuo that was y'alls...
