HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Leandra, has a horrible attitude towards customers. I came through the drive thru to make my order. I finished ordering one combo and the quickly cut me off gave me my total and told me to come around. When i told her i had more orders to place, she gave me a horrible attitude and just said' Come to the second window." I insisted and said I have more orders to Place and she says " OKAY I SAID COME TO THE SECOND WINDOW!" At this point I was really thrown off by her attitude. When I pulled up to the window per her instructions, I asked her if she had a menu there that I could look at since I still had 3 more orders to place, and per her instructions she had asked i pull to the second window to continue ordering. When I asked her for a menu she said she didn't have one I could look at and she said you can either come inside and finish ordering or leave. I told her how horrible her attitude had been and she proceeded to tell me I was welcome to leave IF i didn't like it. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She was very rude and the way she kept pointing and signaling that I could leave if I didn't like it was the worst. I don't understand why companies hire this kind of people, with horrible attitudes towards the customers. One comes here to enjoy a meal that WE ARE PAYING FOR, all this unnecessary attitude and rudeness is so uncalled for. If she's not happy with her job she's the one that needs to leave and find a job she loves. This location offers a drive through on each side of the building. There are no formal, marked parking spaces, even for employees, though there is plenty of space to "park". If there is a delay, you just wait at the window, or your place in line.
I visit this location on an infrequent basis, but the meal I typically get is usually pretty consistent in quality. This time, I tried the Hot Ham and Cheese instead. That was a mistake. I unwrapped it enough to eat as I drove and it was a mess. The bun was soggy and there was still about a teaspoon of liquid that ran out of the wrapper and all in my lap. For the part I could eat, it was nothing memorable. The temperature was mediocre, at best, so preparation was rushed, even though I was the only person in line. The company has changed fry types to a crinkle cut with seasoning. I like these a little better than what they had before, but they were also rushed and not hot. If I would have had more time, I would have taken it back.
This location doesn't appear in the app, so you can't order ahead. So in addition to the poor experience, I didn't even earn any points towards a future order anywhere.
While this location is not one of Hardee's better locations, the food is usually better than this. It's one of the few options in the area for those driving through. I'll have to be pretty hungry to stop again. And I'll stick to the burger I usually get.

Read moreI pass by every day. Today I decided to get a shake there because Costco was all out of their soft-serve ice cream. My son just had oral surgery and needed something cold and soft to eat. He doesn't like whipped cream so I asked to get without. When she handed it to me the cup was only 3/4 full not including the plastic cover that usually would hold the whipped cream. I asked her to fill it all the way. She said they are premade that way! What?! So much for where it says on their sign hand scoop ice cream! As if that wasn't disappointing enough, when my son got to the bottom of the shake, a piece of BROKEN PLASTIC was in it!!! 🤢 I called and told them about it and they just casually said sorry about that and said I could come by and get another one.
