Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Jesup

Ordered 16 PC regular with fries, Coleslaw, mac and cheese and a extra LG mac. Was told it would be 15 min due to cooking chicken I said that's fine. I paid and was told to park because of window timer which I obliged. After 30 min of watching people go in and order her their food and leave. I went in to ask if they forgot about me and he said yes then said oh someone stole your food I put it on the counter. I asked why he would do that concerning I'm outside waiting. He said he don't have time to check cams to see who stole it. As I waited for him to fill my order again he continued taking orders and filling orders but not mine. I then asked well can I just get my money back and he said no I would have to come back tomorrow. So I asked for a copy of my receipt because he never gave me one. Then he said oh you never paid for your food which I said yes I did at that window I have you a hundred dollars for the 57.22 charge. Then he placed the chicken on the counter and said her you go. I stayed I still needed my biscuits, slaw, fries and Mac. He reluctantly filled them and said on which I stayed I need the other large mac. He then said I didn't charge you for a extra Mac and I told him yes you charged me $6 and some change for it so he again reluctantly filled it and finally have me a copy of my receipt and low and behold the extra Mac was there. I called the district Mgr as I walked out Ms Erica sweet women. She said she was sorry and would get it felt with. Well I got home and all the chicken was spicy not regular like I ordered and was missing half my biscuits. I hope Ms Erica fixes the place because I love Popeyes but my last few visits to the Jesup location has been horrible. Good...

I ordered my food at approximately 5:28 PM. I was told there would be a 15 min wait for fresh chicken. I told them I didn't mind. I then proceeded to have to wait for 35 min to receive my order. Other people happned to get their food way before me and with the chicken that was ment for me. I wanted fresh chicken by the time the lady finished gwtting each individial part of my meal togethee for God knows what reason, my now fresh chicken was cold. food when fresh is always delicious however the wait and service don't always make up for it. If you don't mind waiting a bit it's the perfect place for some good food. - old review

I don't know who was the new manager tonight but she was absolutely rude and very unprofessional. I asked how were the tenders tonight because sometimes they are dry and sometimes they are good. She had an attitude. Then I tried to order a 3 peice she proceeded to say I can only get it one way when the commercial and app both say you can have light or dark meat. I didnt order a thing. I just left. If the customer is being rude and unreasonable I understand a lost customer is a lost customer. Very disappointed and upset. My husband and I stopped by, we ordered chicken sandwiches for our lunch and a 12 piece for our supper, after we were told we had to wait 15 minutes for the chicken, they brought us a 4 piece. Yes, I may have been a little upset, but not mad. I went inside and ezplained what we ordered, the lady was not polite at all, she actes like I was bothering her because they made a mistake. If the person at the drive thru would have paid attention and not been distracted he would have gotten the order right. They lady said she was going to have to charge me and that waa fine I uunderood that, then she turned around out of the blue and said I was being rude. In no way was I rude, I sat there and waites for 15 minute for my order to be wrong, I have a right to be upset, but I did not say anything rude or act rude to anyone there. Just stating a fact that they got the order wrong. After she said I was being rude, I just told her not to worry about it.
