Avoid like the plague . This is the worst taco bell I have ever been To. Idk why I keep trying to give them another chance, everytime it's something. This time I ordered online, get to the window and they tell me they don't have the cantina chicken so I can wait 35 minutes or come back tomorrow for the tacos or a refund. I said refund, the mananager Walked away and never came back so I waited 10 minutes thinking I was waiting on a refund. Finally, another woman came to the window and asked me what I was waiting for so I told her then she said she was gonna get the manager, But the manager never came 5 more minutes later. The same woman came back and told me. I had to request a refund through the app. However, because they already accepted the order and started making it according to the app I couldn't cancel and get A Refund. The manager basically said there was nothing she could do. And I had to contact support for the app. I did. However, after this, they marked the order as ready, so there was nothing support could do. I had to drive back to the store that night to try to get something from the manager stating that they could not give me my order. However, by this time, the cantina chicken was ready And I was basically told there was nothing. That could be done, so I could get a free taco And they would give me my order at this point I was over it, so said yes. Then they give me my food finally And it's made incorrectly. I eventually got my tacos and they were made correctly, however my taco had 2 pieces of chicken smh and it took me an over An hour and a half of dealing with this And like I said, the manager left me sitting at the window for over 15 minutes without telling me There was nothing she could do for my refund. No matter the time of day or whether you go inside or through the drive through your experience is going to...

My experience with service nd food quantity n quality were below par compared to many other TBs I've visited. No one greeted me on arrival tho 3 employees made sure to look directly at me. There was only one guest with her 2chn ordering nd possibly one drive up customer. It was not busy. Once my order was ready, I was alone in the dine in nd the young lady who brought it to the p/u counter, call the name nd once I arose to retrieve it, she slung the bag on the counter nd walked away. It should not have been bagged for take out since I selected dine in. No follow up on where condiments were if I needed it or asking whether I wanted something else. I was left with a "just go away" feel. Plus, my order was not prepared properly. I ordered extra Pico Gallo nd there was barely any on the meal, which my order was a veggie bowl. In fact, every serving was scrappy with little or no servings worth mentioning. Unless there was no proper training on customer service or serving proper food portions, the climate at this TB seems selective in how they serve customers. As a customer who travels for a living, this is one of the worst TB I have encountered. They should be well advised to treat all ppl with respect, the demographic will not always be the customary. As a veteran, I'm big on service nd they failed!...

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. First of all, it was not even busy. It was about 11:45 at night. I had 2 separate orders but each with very few items. 3 drinks included. As we are about to pull off we are looking in the bag and first thing we notice, no sauce. No biggie whatever. Get to looking some more, all of the soft tacos looked like they were just thrown in the bag, the wrapper barely wrapped around them. One of the tacos actually spilled all of the(tiny bit) of meat into the bottom of the bag. Keep on going we didn’t get our cinnamon twist things. Had to ask for those after asking for the sauce. Get home, guess how many straws we got.. 1 for 3 freakin drinks. Open up my food because i ordered 2 loaded potato grillers, i get this every time i go to a Taco Bell. Tell me why this griller has about 6 of the small potatoes in it and the rest was a little bit of cheese and sour cream. All tortilla. Very unsatisfied to say the least. Highly disappointed! I made a mobile order because I had a 40$ order, and working in food I know how it feels to see a large order. Knowing they make the food as you arrive I was hoping maybe they’d see it and begin early. I only live less than 10 minutes away. When I arrive, the line was out of the parking lot. Which is not their fault, but I chose drive thru pick up and it would not let me change. To be patient, I waited in this line for 20+ minutes. Finally got to the window and waited another 20 minutes. I understand my order had customizations, but I paid the money for this and it was not done properly. All of my tacos were glued to the paper and I could not eat them. I ordered around 2ish and didn’t get home until passed 3. I have to leave for work at 3:30 so I didn’t even get to eat my food. Only saw the disaster and an upset family because everyone’s food wasn’t right.

The lyrics included the N-word, F-word, and other offensive language—completely inappropriate in a public setting, especially with children present. Then his group of friends came in. He gave them free drinks and food while they hung out loudly in the lobby. One of them had a shirt with a giant F-word across the front. It felt more like a hangout spot for teenagers than a place of business. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Embarrassing, honestly. I won’t be returning.

Only three employees were working—two teenage boys and one young woman (who was the only one acting professionally). One of the male employees was blasting vulgar music from a personal speaker.
