If I could give this location a negative star review I would. Store number 000936 should be shut down. Michelle, the assistant manager today was one of the most rude and disrespectful people I had ever met. Not to be judgmental but people with metal prongs sticking through their teeth and facial piercings do not set a good example as an assistant manager. Coincidentally, the cashier showing on the receipt is Daraka. Check number 239282. The order consisted of two meals. One three-piece chicken and one two piece chicken combo. When we entered the restaurant, there was no one in the lobby. It was completely empty. It was still a challenge to find a clean table with an empty lobby. I believe I now understand why it was empty. A single gentleman came in behind us and received his order before ours. At that time, I walked up to the counter to see the three-piece meal sitting on the metal counter by itself. Michelle, the assistant manager then advised me that the dirty rice that was with the two-piece meal had been taken by the drive-thru and she no longer had that item. In addition, the three-piece did not have a drum stick and she wanted me to take something else instead.
I explained at that time that we would be getting a refund and leaving. When explaining to her the reason for the refund, she was rude and uncooperative. When I explained that I would be doing a Google review when I left, she suggested contacting the management to file a complaint because she did not care what we did. If the assistant's manager is so confident that nothing will happen as a result of a complaint, it makes me question the actual management and owners there.
If this is the kind of service that is to be expected at this location, I would not ever recommend anyone going there.
I contacted the corporate office and provided them all of this information explaining to them that I was not looking for anything in return other than having this addressed with the staff member. This type of conduct is not acceptable anywhere...
Read moreWhile going through drive-thru to place order the employees were very disrespectful and showed no patience while I was placing an order. I told them that I would felt disrespected and they told me to go elsewhere and tell me if I wanted to complete my order or even try they would call the cops on me just because I was upset on the disrespectful tone and words they gave me while brushing me through the drive-thru. I spoke to the manager and the manager defending the employee and spoke to the District manager and she also took the side of them the manager and the employee. They told the district manager that I was cursing them and being very rude which was very untrue and had proof because my mother was on speaker phone and heard every bit of it. The district manager of Bojangles in Piney Flats also told me to take my business elsewhere. Even though I felt disrespected I was willing to complete my order and they would not allow me and they specifically told me to go to the original Bojangles are used to go to and purchase from them. I have never been so disrespected in my life from a fast food restaurant especially from a Bojangles which happens to be the one in Piney Flats. I would not even giving them a one-star because customer satisfaction was not met at any level and no apologies were given and I was turned away. I would advise not to choose the Bojangles in Piney Flats worst customer service I have ever had in my life and to be threatened to have the cops on me when I was just trying to fulfill my order with no horsemint tore them due to what the way I was...
Read moreI love this Bojangles and have been coming here a long time, for years.
Unfortunately I didn’t have the greatest experience, the food was amazing as always and the store was clean, but the service was lacking.
I rolled through this location on my day off to get my wife and I some breakfast; we got two chicken biscuits, some macaroni, and a drink.
I tell the man at the drive through I’d like two chicken biscuits, he says “two Cajun biscuits?” and I enthusiastically reply, “Yeah!” I then hear back in a very sarcastic and mocking tone “YEEEEAH?!” followed by silence until the rest of my order was given.
I give him the rest of my order and pay the fourteen dollars, and head home.
I mean it’s not a big deal and there’s some humor to be had in this, but I really feel like the tone and attitude of this guy was that of someone just being a jerk and belittling others. If I’ve got to pay as much as I do for this food, why should I be mocked along with it?
He was wearing a green shirt, had a goatee and a tattoo on his arm. He’s taken my order before and he’s typically pretty good, but this was a shame; I worked in food for fifteen years and understand the stress and hustle culture of trying to work a minimum wage job in the food industry, but don’t take it out on your customers-especially regulars that really try to be friendly and patient with the staff. It’s just a matter of respect.
Thanks...
