Definitely not happy!! Came up to the window to order at 9:09. The guy at the window says they don't have any pizzas other than a deep dish pizza. We wanted the most bestest pepperoni. He says it would take 7-10 minutes to make one. Then he says we are closing that's why we don't have anything. I asked, so you close at 9? He says no we close at 10 but we don't keep a lot and it takes a while to close down. We did decide to wait because I just got off work and there's nothing else around that we could get any quicker. But, I've never heard of anyplace shutting down so early before their actual closing time. Since we have been sitting here waiting we have seen 5 more cars pull up and leave quickly. Probably be aise they didn't want to wait. And just to note, we came here last week just before 9 and they had plenty of pizzas ready to go. What's the difference in 10 minutes? I give reviews whether they are good or bad. Also, we just got out pizza and this time it was a girl that came to the window. She asked us our name and we answered. She came with our pizza handed it to us and didn't say a word. No thank you or thanks for coming to little Ceasar's. Nothing!! Very poor...
Read moreI debated on writing this post because I believe every business deserves 2nd and even 3rd chances, things come up, it happens but when this is the 3rd time I’ve been to this location and it’s a 20-25 minute wait for pizza that is SUPPOSED to be quick is extremely irritating!!! I’ve gone on a Friday each time, which yes traffic is heavier on the weekends but I’ve been a manager before and we would make preparations for the busy weekend but for some reason this location is ALWAYS out of products, at least every time I have been there, I’ve traveled to the Elizabethton and Bristol locations and they are always prepared for the traffic and they staff accordingly, they really need new management because if your staff is turning people away how does your business make money? Read moreFirst off. If they mess up on a order never try to get a refund. Was told 2 days. Hitting on day 10. I've talked to store manager on day 6. He gave me the email to store owner. Sent all the info and pics. No reply. So they owe me $20. When they say they can do a refund they half to refund the whole transaction. Then on my next order they recharged me for everything that was correct instead of what was wrong wich was confusing. So until I receive my $ and a apology me and my family will just order else where. Customer service was little to nothing at all on help. When I get my refund I'll gladly remove this review.
