Taco Bell — Restaurant in Johnson City

Idk where to begin...i worked for seven and halfs months there...loved my job..the manager isnt doing his job right, was promised a raise three months n a row...never got it i always was there on time, came in on my requested days off to work for this man, stayed over if i was supposed to leave at four it was always 4:30 or 5 i never bitched or complained...ran drive thru by myself alot, then we have those who came in late everyday.started work there after me, got two raises and moved up to management,and the manager made it a point to let the other employees no that she got a raise..wen former employees come thru or if u have made a complaint, u wont get ur receipt so be ready, the last i worked he came met me n the parking lot and told me that i couldnt come back to work from my break yet cause core was there and i would cause them to fail..so i had to leave and stay gone, two hrs later the core man was still there and he wouldnt let me come back til he left...i didnt have the gas to be running around...this just happened well 3 weeks now since this happened...its not rite and Beth the dm needs to no i just dnt no how to get ahold of her...im really upset i worked my butt off and didnt deserve wat happenedto me, he likes to hire the young girls...he made the comment one day, ive just surrounded myself with all these beautiful girls...i have never ever left a review like this before on anyone but what he did was wrong and for me to not get my receipt because im a former employee...

The food is never what it is suppose to be.. I know for a fact that they do not put the correct portions of meat or cheese that your product is suppose to have. I've witnessed this for a fact @ shots location. Employee's are supposed to eat for free however they do not so the managers can make sure they get there food waste bonuses and that is the main reasoning behind the portioning issue as well. As a former employee I know this all to be factual information a this doesn't even make the tip of the iceberg as is 1 reason I decided to resign from my postion also over working employee's and cheating them on there pay I was cheated out of 30 cents an hour from June to November witch doesn't seem like much but would equivalent probably over 400 dollars that I didn't receive also they failed a core audit which had to do with portioning food Saftey cleanliness and making sure everyone does there job right Sooo the corporate headquarters come in and done a training session to ensure everybody knew how to do their job correct and properly and after they left they made the employees do the job that they wasn't supposed to be doing and they continue doing things the wrong way such as proportioning the food and other matters which was cheating the customers and then please by...

If you go to this location after 5pm it is by far the worst place ever!! I have had the same experience every single time if it’s late in the afternoon! I would almost say they make a lot of food up and let it sit until it gets sold. The chalupa shells is always tough and very hard around the edges,the meat is cold and bottoms are soggy along with the tomatoes and lettuce.. I have tried getting different items but it’s always the same.. someone is going to get very sick from this eventually and they will have a lawsuit if not several. The workers is rude most of the time and does not try to hide the fact that they hate their job!! Don’t get me wrong The morning and early day shift is awesome it’s always fixed fresh and you can tell it and the employees are extremely nice.. not sure what’s goin on with the shift that closes though.?.?. They are horrible!! Maybe a surprise visit from the health inspectors?!?! Apparently I’m not the only one that thinks...
