Los Jalapeños Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Tennessee

We was celebrating two birthdays and had a party of 12 with only one waitress. Everyone ordered and some with so special changes for the meals. After 30 minutes food came out the first two orders was made wrong, then the rest of everyone's food comes but just our luck the two birthday people was last to come out and wouldn't you know it one of them was wrong!!! Chips wasn't refilled or asked for new chips or the ones that wasn't drinking water get or offered a refill!! Everyone is half way done eating and I made the waitress take the wrong one back to remake, with her saying sorry ! So after 3 mins the meal comes back correct this time but all they did was get a new plate with rice,beans,lettuce, sour cream ,and finally the same quesadilla I had the first time but with the peppers,and tomatoes scrap off leaving several peppers,tomatoes they forgot to get off the first quesadilla and placed on the new plate!! So with all that being said this will probably be our last time at this location and travel a few more minutes to the blountville location !! Noticed on the outside window hiring servers so my advice is if the new ones get trained like this waitress did then need to spend a lot more time training them or probably would had help having two working that table to make sure everything...

I would give zero stars! I WILL be calling to complain to the manger tomorrow. I asked the person taking my order if they do curbside. He said yes. When I got there, I called and told them I was there. He informed me they do not do curbside, so I asked if I needed to come in. He said, “no don’t worry about it I’ll be out in a minute.” He then preceded to joke around with a few guys hanging around him at the register. No big deal I though, he seems nice. One of those men came outside laughing with my ticket and told me the guy behind the cash register sent me to get your money. Excuse me? I looked at him and asked if he worked there. He said no. I looked inside and the guy responsible for this was looking at me laughing with the others by him. This is unacceptable behavior by any means. I have noticed quality of care go down hill as of late in restaurants, but this takes the cake. Hope he enjoyed having an unpaid $20 dollar food bill on his record. Because I decided to spend my money elsewhere. I don’t know about anyone else but for me, this is not ok. I was not rude nor out of line. I would have gone in if needed. But he decided to use me as a prank for his buddies to laugh at. Hope the owner reads this and does...

I ordered my usual lunch combo #4, they gave me the wrong food AGAIN. It looked like a combo #5. Then, when I called, the guy who answered tried to explain it away that the menu is different for dinner. I explained to him that when I ordered, he repeated back to me lunch combo #4. I also explained it was the second time in 3 days that my food was wrong. He wanted me to come back in, but I told him I can't. then he said to let him take my name since I can't come back tonight and that they would get me my food free tomorrow or anytime. When I agreed to this, he said "okay, bye" and hung up. Didn't get my name at all. It wasn't the usual lady or guy in there, but that's no excuse. Wish I could give 0 stars, after...
