Johnson City Location — Restaurant in Johnson City

Update: I waited some time, about 3 months, before returning to this location. After placing my order today (Aug 6), someone was called from the back to fulfill it. From the time I got my receipt to the time I got my order, it had only been 4 minutes. There were only a couple people ahead of me waiting on orders this time, but it was still a noteworthy turnaround regardless. I suspect my initial review got some attention such that a shift lead perhaps was asked to fulfill my next order after it was posted. Even if that were the case, and I'm leaving room for the possibility I'm reading too much into the coincidence of the matter, I sincerely appreciate the attention and effort paid to the service quality here. To be clear, their product quality has never been in question. From before my review to present, I have enjoyed the smoothies they offer here, and I consider them fully worth the price. I will be returning.

Original Review: This location is currently understaffed, so I highly recommend finding another location to visit if you are on a time crunch. I didn't realize that the 11 people in the store with me were also waiting on their orders until I had received mine after a solid 30 minute wait. Since my review on Yelp keeps disappearing... I was in Tennessee for a bit on vacation. Despite the amazing food, amazing service, and excellent personalities from your employees, I am giving this place 1 star desperately wishing it could go lower. First of all, I witnessed a manager/boss inappropriately (and wrongfully terminated from what I heard) firing one of the employees who used to work there in a parking lot in front of everyone to see. Second of all, I also learned that you have a manager/boss by the name of Fareed who constantly yells at, belittles, and verbally abuses his employees and his own mother with everyone able to hear it. Not only is he very verbally aggressive with your employees, he has been stealing tips the employees get from customers and keeping them all to himself. And finally, the fact that you refuse to tell your employees your name and force them to call you mom? That is grooming and predatory behavior. Especially, ESPECIALLY, when you only seem to hire high school-college aged kids. It is inappropriate for you in a workplace to force people to call you by anything other than your name. Lost ray ban sunglasses please help. I visited on Sunday 02/28/2021 at approximately 1:45 I left a pair of brown ray ban sunglasses in the in the women’s bathroom. I was distracted after my 3 year old had been having a melt down for the last hour and left them on the sink in the ladies room after taking her to use the bathroom. I left the bathroom grabbed our order and proceeded home only to realize when I got home I left my favorite glasses that I had forever there. I called the business the instant I remembered and they advised they would call me if someone turned them in. I am so devastated as I had these forever and always took care of them due to their significant cost. I’m hoping and praying someone does the right thing and turns them in. I really wanted to enjoy my food and smoothie as it looked delicious but today was rough and all I could do is cry. If your reading this and your a regular or know someone who acquired a new pair of glasses this day please ask them to take them back to where they found them- I’m begging you.Overall though I was very happy with this places customer service and menu.
