Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Johnson City

If I could give zero star I would!!!! From one restaurant manager to your store manager in johnson city location. This was the last time my family will step foot in that building. Went in with my family tonight. Got there and ordered drinks and a appetizer. Waited 15-20mins for my adult beverage(Beer) Then waited 40 mins longer for my appetizer. Which never came! There was 5 of us. 12yr, 12yr, 4yr, my husband and I. So 45mins in and we finally get some food. The only food we got was my wrap and wedges. So no appetizer came out nor did anyone elses food. My 4yr was getting so upset cause he was starving and I had to get up and go ask where our food was let alone our appetizer. Asked to speak to manager multiple times and he was to busy in kitchen to come out. So yet again we wait and finally hour later they bring out our appetizer and my 4yr olds meal. Sit there and wait and my other kids and husband still don't get their food. I go up to ask for manager yet again and tell the lady up front(our waitress) I want our food in a box togo and I want manager now. Manager finally comes out with our food bagged and tells us he is so sorry. That he was trying to help in kitchen. When I brought up the fact 4 other tables which I pointed out had gotten their food and was already done eating and came in after us. That is was absolutely uncalled for. He tells me I have to pay for the food they actually did bring out which was my kids meal, my meal and an appetizer. As he is fixing our check i check my daughters food, her friends food and my husband to make sure they are right. My daughters was wrong. So i took it up there and told them she would not eat this due to the med sauce that was in it and we ordered it with just ranch and it needed to be fixed (Looked at ticket and waitress put our order in wrong)He takes it and i go sit down and bet you cant guess what happened next? We waited for the wrap so we could leave. It never came. So I go back up to ask about it and my waitress then proceeds to tell me i told him i didnt want it. Which was false. Why would i not want my daughters food. My waitress proceeds to get an attitude with me and get crappy. We literally had to go to another restaurant to buy food for my daughter cause your team dropped the ball big time tonight. As a manager at another restaurant you best believe if I had a table that all this happened to these customers would absolutely not be paying for anything. This was by far the worst experience I've every had and will never be back. $80 tab. I am a restaurant manager and I have also previously work for buffalo wild wings for over 8yrs in the past and this is the worst ever. Need someone who knows what they are doing in there and definitely need a server that doesn't have an attitude problem and is rude to customers. I will recommend to anyone not to come here anymore. Sad part is we was gonna go to blue moose or chili's but we choose here instead and boy was...

Not too sure where to start as we felt there must've been a full moon out last night given the odd service and what we saw occur in the drink corral.

I'll start with the worst of it, which was the process the staff took to refill the ice chest in the drink corral. They filled the ice chest with bagged ice - no biggie, but how they filled was appalling. They broke up the bag of ice on the disgusting dirty ground and the proceeded to put the bottom of the ice bag IN the ice chest with the ice for which they had been using to fill customer drinks. So just picture it - the bag they just had on the disgusting floor was placed bottom down in the ice chest to readjust their hands to then dump the bag into the chest. Absolutely disgusting!

I was the only individual at our table that had a drink with ice - I had two glasses of water. I looked at my water glasses and lo and behold, I had "floaters" in my water. I was so turned off and appalled and had already finished my food as so did my friends that we just all dropped everything, paid our bill, and left. We will never be back.

In addition to this, our waiter was all over the place and could not remember much of anything we asked for. One person at the table asked for Guinness - he brought him a Coors even though he came back to confirm drink orders and we said no Coors but still brought a Coors. Then I asked for a Root Beer but was brought a water - I eventually asked for the Root Beer again. Another got a draft beer, but it tasted as if the lines had just been cleaned, but not well enough as he had soap flavored beer. Then we had asked for utensils, which weren't brought for a while, but at that point we gave up at that point and were packing up. We asked for boxes and then he circles back around to us asking if we needed boxes even though we had just asked for them. Not sure what was up last night but it was not a great night and none of us will be returning. We hopped over to Kickback Jack's to salvage the night and thankfully we did, we had a great time next door.

Edit: Since I can't seem to respond to the "owners" comment, I'll simply update. I don't need anything made "right" except taking time to train staff appropriately on ensuring a safe eating environment for patrons. Also, I'll never be going back so there's no way to make it "right." It would be more helpful to not have a copy / pasted response and actually...

I work for DoorDash on the side with my full time job as well as frequent this BWW often and let me just say, the service has always been mediocre at best but my experience with them as a dasher just pushed me over the edge. I arrive for an order MADE BY BUFFALO WILD WINGS, meaning it was an outside order where it wasn’t made by DoorDash rather BWW themselves requesting a dasher making a delivery for them directly. Because of that all I got was a name and address to deliver it to. I arrive and find the order isn’t ready yet, no big deal, so I wait and watch as multiple orders come and go as I am still waiting. After a total 45 MINUTES the manager finally shows her face to tell me she doesn’t have a ticket for the order and there is nothing she could do. Absolutely nothing. I calmly say “I just sat here for 45 minutes and there was no one who could’ve told me this 30 minutes ago at least?” and she just Karened out and exclaimed “SORRY 🤷‍♀️“ I wasted 45 minutes of my time sitting around LOSING MONEY. I don’t get paid by the hour when dashing KAREN and I definitely make more than you at my full time job than you ever will working at the dead end wing restaurant where your main clientele are college kids and drunk men escaping their wives to eat chicken, I just door dash for some extra rent money and to get out of the house.
