This used to be a wonderful place to go whether for a quick bite for lunch or having a family meal however this place has really gone downhill. The food quality is lacking and portion sizes smaller, however it’s the staff that has went downhill the most. The waitress we had the last few times we have been seems in a constant rush though barely anyone is in the restaurant, asks for what you want and doesn’t even write it down so you can bet it’ll be wrong somewhere whether that be a side or a drink. You can bet your drink will be running on empty and not a refill meanwhile others drink will be still around 80% full and she takes it for a refill. I’ve been here 3 different times (looking for reasons to hold on to a place I once cherished) in the span of 2 weeks and it’s the same with her (older like and heavy blue eyeshadow, loud perfume) and a couple more standing around making chatter in Spanish (and if you think for a second I wasn’t aware of what you all was talking about, think again as I’m fluent in Spanish) laughing amongst themselves and even making “passing gas” noises with their mouth. It felt more like grabbing a quick bite at a flea market than it did at a nice establishment to eat at and I was embarrassed I brought my family to such a dump. Read moreThe food was great. The reason for the rating is because of how disrespectful and rude the employees were. Two were involved in this interaction, an older female (locking the doors and running the register) and a man (appeared to be a server.) I came in to pay for my to go order after a long day with cash. She decided it was a good idea to talk poorly of me with me standing there in Spanish to her colleague about me paying with two twenties and not wearing a mask. Has no idea that I’ve been vaccinated or that I am bilingual, and the exchange was a minimal because I was paying for the order and walking back out, that’s it. I think it was very unprofessional and inappropriate. We also order regularly through delivery channels and pickup from this specific chain location and this will change due to this experience. I’ll gladly go to a competitor who has better appreciation, is respectful, and has customer service skills that were obviously lacking here. Pro tip… there are more bilingual individuals in this area than you are aware of, there also are applications that will do live translations for what you are saying in another language. Unfortunate, disappointed, and disgusted by this experience this evening. I doubt there will be anything done about this or any response from management. Plus it doesn't help that if you have an issue the employees don't know what the heck your saying because they barely understand english. For example I dined there earlier tonight and my food was dry and looked like it was just heated up before serving it to me. All I asked the waitress was how long it was cooked before serving it to me and left to go get her manager. The manager came to me after awhile and when I tried to talk to him he didn't understand me and said why I hadn't said anything before that the waitress came by twice to check on me and my companions , which she never did, then left to get his manager. Finally he returned, gave me my receipt and said that his boss was going to give me a discount at the register. I finally got to the register and tried to talk to the woman who was supposedly his boss but was extremely rude, and I'll be honest I got my discount, a $3 discount, and when the rest of my party tried to talk to her about an issue with their tickets, she told them no there was only one problem...
