Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Johnson City

I don't recommend this particular Little Caesar's at all! (Gray, TN location) I placed an order of a $5 lunch combo, ordered some separate toppings, which I had to repeat to all three employees several times, then got out to my car and looked at the pizza to make sure it was correct and it was STILL WRONG! Also, I did NOT order garlic as in the seasoning, I ordered garlic butter with crazy sauce and repeated this to them multiple times and when I got my order it STILL wasn't right. Not to mention, that when I went back in and privately told them about the issue, they said they would remake it which is fine but after that the entire time they were joking and laughing in the back and staring at me. Then one of the girls went outside for a smoke break and was smoking RIGHT IN FRONT OF the building! Come on now! The girls and guy working there said it would only take 6 mins when in fact it was over 15 mins before they brought it back out to my car. And, this was on a Monday, not on a weekend so there's really NO excuses for the employees to be slacking off at all...Save your money and DON'T go to this particular location!

Edit: The owner sent me a reply with an email address that DOESN'T WORK! I will not be returning to this location.

EDIT AS OF 7/7/2019: Order was correct with VERY SKIMP toppings! Only a few toppings on my $5 lunch which was very disappointing. Little Caesar's NEVER gets anything right, do they?! Disappointed!!

Additional experience on 1/3/2020: My advice is DO NOT go to this particular Little Caesar's location! I ended up getting food poisoning from here!...

The young lady working the register (wearing glasses and has dark brown hair) was doing fantastic job. There were some issues with a cuntomers payment and a coupon, however she worked very hard to get it all fixed. Meanwhile the girl in the back I'd like to name "Karen" was extremely rude to this young lady. She was talking down to her and had an attitude with like I have never seen before. The young lady on the fron just kept right on working. I will come back this that certain person however KAREN you can exit and never come back. Have respect and understanding that it was bust and she was working in my opinion way harder that you. Tonight I inconviently came in when there were about 30 people waiting for pizza and ended up waiting an hour for my pizza, but the way the situation was handled made all the difference in the world. The employees apologized over and over, talked to me while I was waiting, even refunded my money when I finally got my order, I was very impressed with their service. The guy working the front, Garrison, was on his second day of training and was having to run the front by himself and did an exceptional job keeping up. He’s going to be very great at his job!
