KFC — Restaurant in Johnson City

I don’t understand how you could go into a KFC franchise without getting a hello or even a smile. This particular outing was my last visit there the girl taking the order doesn’t even know the specials or how to greet a Customer onto the order almost $15 for a four piece. which itself has become a joke pricewise for what you’re getting While I was waiting for my four piece, there was obviously joking around, laughing out loud being noisy by this crew very unprofessional 15 minutes later The four piece obviously turned out to be left over from lunch The chicken was cold dry the french fries were small portion cold, the biscuit was uneditable like the whole meal I brought it to the girls attention without any reaction. She called the manager over when I asked her for my money back she obliged without any apology or can we do something else for you just absolute nothing and when I went on further to ask her how she could serve this particular four piece her reaction was it just came out out of the fryer which in itself was obviously a lie you don’t need to be a genius to look at KFC to know whether it’s old or new and in this case it wasn’t so I hope the owner of this franchise reads this review and has a good talking to or firing this particular crew who obviously don’t care about the food they’re serving or the...

Update: Fresh to order my foot. Needless to say disappointed after my last trip to KFC. They need to either get more employees working the evening shift or find someone who knows how to manage this place. Everyone was waiting for so long. Especially me. Ordered an 8 piece tender meal. Was told it would be 30 min before they would be ready. I was already there and getting ready to pay so figured I would give them a chance. Staff said they had to "thaw" them out. Which was a first for me at a fast food place such as KFC. I waited patiently for 30 min only for them to tell me "the tenders are still frozen and we can't get them cooked". Seriously?! I know I'm not the only person who has wanted tenders today. Had to wait an additional 10 mins to get nuggets instead. McDonald's is faster than this place and that's saying something.

2023: Food is good but prices have gotten pretty high. Love the tenders. Much better than the one in Johnson City and Piney Flats. Looks so much cleaner and better...

I literally went in at 5:35pm, nobody in drive thru but my window is broken so I walked in to place an order. After sitting there 20 mins I hear they're out of crispy chicken and livers. Not once did they see if I wanted original. The livers didn't effect me. Yuck!! Whether they ran out or not, it should not take 35-40 mins to order and pick up fast food. I understand being busy however they didnt look short staffed. They were able to visit and talk with people coming through the drive thru. Maybe they should pay attention to the food they're about to run out of. Horrible experience and throwing a handful of cookies in my bag. Doesn't really help the situation.
