Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Johnson City

Every single time my husband and I eat here I swear it gets better and better! I always get the same every single time I eat here...the 3 piece chicken planks meal...the only downside is that it doesn't come with a drink, and you must order a drink separately..which costs $2.30...in my opinion it's a little steep but the food is always hot and fresh! Just wish drinks came with the meals.. The cashier on Friday evening was very polite and even got our food out fast and the cook knew my husband! We ate in, which you can do now as well..I've never ever done drive thru, so I don't know about that... We always eat in.. Also, the bathroom was clean and crisp..kinda almost chilly..but it was clean!! Also, the hushpuppies as always were super...

The last two times I have went through drive through they have left out pieces of chicken or fish in the family meal I get. Also, they get the amount I tell them for each wrong. 8 chicken and 4 fish (12 piece family meal) missing two pieces of fish. The time before that, same meal 8 chicken 4 fish, get it home and it's missing 4 pieces of chicken! I called and they did write it down that I was owed 4 pieces of chicken, went by a week later and they honored it and I got my missing chicken. Food is sometimes not hot as it should be, luke warm. Price is expensive for a 12 piece family meal and any other. But it's the only Long John Silver's close to us.

Also, they've switched the fries to waffle fries, which I hate! I loved...

Me and my mom stopped in coming back from doctor and got a plate and ordered a few plates to take home after we got done eating inside.After finishing our plates mom went to get the plates she ordered and there was a new employee at cash register that was on lunch break when we arrived.Anyway the employee reringed mom's plates back up and instead of telling the person that she had done paid for it she just give more money to her and the employee that took mom's order when we arrived come out of back and ask if mom was ready for the plates she ordered and mom said yes and the employee told the one at cash register that mom had already paid and they give mom her money back for the one order.Thank You Long...
