The food was AMAZING! It always is! However, there’s a man that I’ve transacted with a few times, and every time he’s very rude. At this point I’m going to a different location for my cravings. Tonight I was picking up a order in the drive-thru, and the mixed/black looking man that always wears a hat and glasses opened the window and didn’t even greet me - he just said the total price of my $40 order. When I told him I was paying $20 in cash and rest on card, he literally said “no, I run it how I run it.” I said, “No sir, you can take my cash, and run the rest on my card.” He then rolled his eyes, took my cash and card, and shut the window and left me sitting there for an additional 5mins when I could see my order on the other side of the window. Idk what he was doing with my card information, but that was sketchy feeling.
The first time I interacted with this guy, I just brushed it off as him possibly having a bad day. But on the 4th and 5th time, come on. That man should not be working with customers. If he’s making food, he does a wonderful job. But he has no place serving customers face to face or interacting with them in any capacity.

Read moreI placed an order online and it was submitted at 9:39pm. On the website it states the store closes at 10pm. When I went to pick up the order, I arrived before 10pm. The drive through worker said it was canceled due to being put in too late and the time was on the website. However, there is no time that is stated on the website that orders cannot be place. Also, if the grill does turn off before closing why would you be able to place an order online? When she closed the window after telling me this, they started laughing loudly. I truly understand time cut offs and everything, but if this is not clearly stated for costumers to see and they are able to place the order anyway, it is not a good setup. We went back several months later and the spring rolls were dripping grease and icy cold on the inside. Tonight my husband wanted sushi and Miso isn't too far from our house, so we gave them one more try (without this horrible spring rolls). I had the teriyaki chicken and it came out cold.
