Everytime I come here, my order is incorrect. Today will be the last time I ever come here. I ordered half dozen donuts. 2 Jelly, 2 Boston Cream, 2 Apple Spice. I've received 4 completely different donuts and 2 correct ones. I didn't realized I've received the wrong donuts until after I came home. Was unable to drive back. I also order to extra large hot coffees. 1 light with 4 sugars and the other also light with 8 Splenda. I've received two small cups instead. I also ordered two other items which surprisingly the girl got that right. I believe her name is Shannon. It's not difficult to follow order requests, especially when it's not busy. I was one of the two customers that was there at the time. If you can't follow directions, you can't serve your customers and God forbid you take an order requesting Splenda and you serve them sugar instead. Not good for a diabetic. Learn how to properly take orders, listen carefully to your customers and learn how to serve them properly. I would not be coming...

Yelling next time pull out of line I said no one was behind me she yelled it doesn’t matter because they are on a timer Not spoke yelled I am not her family I do not know this woman To talk down to me like such is completely absurd. Read moreWe ordered refreshers Sunday late morning thru the drive thru. We received our order in a tray and drove off as I was running behind. Well when we got to where we was going and handed drinks out we noticed this fuzzy object in one of the refreshers. I didnt have time to go back to the store so I threw it out. Today ( Monday ) I went inside and asked to speak to a manager. Was told shes off today but can speak to the one down from ger i said Ok. Showed her the photo and was told we did something to it that they would have noticed it. And can come back tomorrow to speak to manager. Her customer service clearly needs ALOT of work.
